D3 Dental of Horsham reviews
19Filled two teeth here. One feels sore for almost a year. I had to go to a different dentist to check them, it turns out the sore teeth has structural failures and the sensitivity comes from the incomplete filling. Regrets every day that I let D3 touched my teeth.
I highly recommend D3 Dental. My 9 year old loves her dentist. They are trustworthy and do great work with cleanings and procedures such as root canals.
The staff were friendly, Dr Shtawi was friendly and professional. She always explained what she was doing and the condition of my teeth.
Dr Hadeel Shtawi is the absolute best. I was her patient for several years, and recently moved 50 miles away. She is so good, I still go back to Horsham to continue in her care. From basic dentistry to more advanced gum care procedures, she does it all.
My husband and I went here for the first time yesterday to have a cavity filled for him. Everyone was very kind and professional. Doctor Hadeel was especially considerate. I will be going there for myself in the future!
Friendly, professional, clean and well lit.
I didn't feel any tension while in their office. The Dr.was super nice. And the lady at front desk was very nice and accommodating for scheduling my follow up.
D3 gets 5 stars
Had a wonderful first visit! The office was so clean and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Glad I found this dentist.
Very pleasant and efficient staff plus I learned a few things about my dental health. The facility is clean and state of the art. I am happy with the choosing D3.
The dental assistant was very kind and outgoing. Dentist explained everything and the importance of intervention perfectly. Highly recommend!
Had a tooth that needed to be looked into because heat sensitive and they fit me in!
Office is clean and up to date, all very friendly!
D3 Dental is by far my favorite dentist! I've been going to Warminster Dental for years but unfortunately, they have no availability. I went to D3 for the first time last week and fell in love. Dr. Hadeel is the best and the hygienist, Lauren was amazing!:)
Best filling I've ever had done. Next to no pain and she even filled it during my cleaning so my insurance couldn't cut me off before I got it filled. She's the only dentist I've ever had who really knew where to shoot the novocane-my dentist BEFORE D3 was a legit butcher in comparison!
I took 3 of her cards just to bager my friends and family about it xD "GO HERE IF YOU GOT BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD" I'm sending my fiance to yall for sure~!
Had an appointment for a cleaning 6/12/23. Very pleased with the entire experience. Doctor and hygienist were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Great experience! Thanks!
Very nice office high tech great staff and dr. I'm new patient and so far so good. I made the right choice.
Beautiful relaxing office setting with the most friendly and accommodating office staff. Dr. Shtawi is amazing! I highly recommend this practice
Always treated with respect, almost never have to wait more than 5 minutes, all staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Would certainly recommend
Dr. Hadeel is very fast and efficient. Lindsey, the assistant was the best also. Lindsey was very comforting and kept me informed through the whole process. Highly recommended.
The D3 dental is getting worse and worse. They asked me to do implant in their office instead of specialty place and told me they will have better service and guarantee. However, only one year and half and my implant is loosing, they said it should be free of charge to tighten it up but when I came back, they charged me $100 for less than 15min visit for tightening that teeth up. The reason they told me is because the dentist was changed. And they had changed three doctors in three years. And now that female dentist is so tough to deal with. She asked me to do crown and root canal for #2 teeth, when I did a second opinion, the other dentist suggested only repaired it and it has been about two years and my #2 is still good. And I decided to change my dentist now after so many years with them.
The filling from them broke apart and fell out by itself just after 10 months (I wasn’t chewing anything so I collected all the remain cracks and show it to them). Surprisingly the dentist put all the blame on me, saying I was eating nuts and grinding teeth (I don’t grind teeth and I can’t even eat anything stiff since the filling because the filling still hurts). I was being polite and didn’t argue anything. When I asked why it would fall off just eating regularly, the dentist contradicted herself started to say it won’t fall by just eating, none of her fillings would fall that easily… I guess if it falls by just eating regularly, she know the filling structure she did had some problems. But no matter what, she insisted that she don’t have any responsibility what so ever, and there is no warranty for 10 month after filing. I/insurance just have to pay them again. She can’t even be polite to communicate. I know it wasn’t my fault, just don’t want to argue. They don’t care about their patients then why should I stay with them? Insurance work the same with other more caring dentistry. This is the story, no word twisted. I don’t mind that they know my record when seeing this review. Just want more people to know that new facility isn’t everything. Things could go very wrong and disappointing.
