Da Vinci Dental Specialists, Warminster PA

The staff at Da Vinci Dental was amazing. They made my appointment very quickly and accommodated my dental emergency well. The dental Hygienic Dr. Julia made me feel very comfortable. She addressed my issues and explained everything very clearly. I was in an out for my procedure. Definitely recommend all to Da Vinci’s Practice.

Friend staff. Dr. Julia Burdo was very clear, efficient and helpful. They also have very safe and health conscious practices at their facilities, which is definitely appreciate during these times. Would reccomend!

I waited the week before posting this experience to see if anyone from DaVinci would even reach back out to me. No one did, so I’m going to post my experience.

I just moved to PA a year ago and found Da Vinci based on their reviews. First red flag was my initial visit the Dr.told me i needed to have periodontal work on my entire upper gums. I have had periodontal work in the past and was never told it was so bad. Furthermore, my good friend is a periodontist and he was not concerned. Later to find out the periodontist is her husband - conflict of interest.

6 Months later, I had a cleaning / dentist appointment this past Monday at 9: 00AM when they opened. I was there at 8: 55AM to ensure i was on time. I checked in with the front desk. 20 minutes later the support staff came casually strolling in. I was placed in a room and second red flag was the assistant wanted to take xrays again (even though i did them 6 months ago) - no reason to do them but to maximize their billing. I refused

After waiting another 15 minutes (35 total) I asked if the dentist was there - she was not and I left. I asked the front desk staff for my dental records to be sent to me - they were not.

I took the morning off work to see the dentist, I showed up on time, took their first appointment, and they dont have the respect nor integrity to do the same. Furthermore the dentist did not have the decency to call and explain herself / apologize.

I would suggest looking elsewhere for your dental hygiene needs.

This is my emergency dental care and a wonderful place for my teeth! They have the best care and always get a faster emergency appointments and the solutions! I highly recommend them! Dr. Lenny is the best specialist with his beautiful smile! All people out there including other doctors, staffs, front desk are wonderful! Thank you

This is an amazing experience for anyone who is “afraid of going to the dentist. ” Caring, kind staff who are meticulous. I almost fell asleep in the dental hygienist chair (I am usually crying), and the front office was very kind and understanding. Dr. Cohen was so reassuring and his exam was THE most thorough that I have ever had in my life. EVER! I never thought the words happy and dentist would ever be in the same sentence, but that happens here at Da Vinci Dental.

Dr. Burdo = Arrogant Insulting Smack!

Staff is soooo poorly informed! Bunch of morons could have told me what the doctor was specialized for- before I waited almost a month for
my appointment! He was condescending and disrespectful.and to a woman in her early 50's! Disgusting. Assistant staff was nothing to brag about either. Hapless.

I would like to give big kudos to this dental clinic! Very professional, organized and stuffed with great specialists. From my own experiences I would highly recommend hygienist Anna, doctor Burdo and dental assistant Dina. Front desk is very friendly and helpful!

Was very impressed with the office and staff. Kirsten was very helpful and worked with me. Dr. Cohen, was fantastic and I will definitely recommending Dr. Cohen to my family and friends. This is what I want when you go into a dentist office. Five Star is how I rate this office.

I would like to state I was in the warminster location and Kierstin was so helpful in making decisions on my dental repair. She surely has great customer service, background knowledge and very warming on assisting with patients. I hope her devotion for the dental office gets her acknowledged and rewarded. Da Vinci Dental is a great dental office, they are caring and very patient. I have always had a fear of Dentists and Dr. Choan make me feel like I have nothing to fear. He is fantastic dentist. With the leadership and kindness of their their office manager Kierstin, the office is will to work with you to achieve your perfect smile. This was my first visit with Dr. Cohen at DaVinci Dental Specialists. After moving to the area two years ago I have finally found a dentist that I feel comfortable with and confident in the treatment I will be given.

Being new to the area I chose Da Vinci dental because they had wonderful reviews but also because they’re very close to my house. Little did I know I’d be working with the best hygienist, Kristi. Yes, the doctor was wonderful but my cleaning came from a very professional and kind woman. Being in the field, I certainly have expectations and Kristi went above and beyond. I have essential tremors and I usually shake a little when I am new to an office. I didn’t have any shakes and zero tremble! Not to mention, we were able to get in a few minutes of conversation filled with positivity and reassurance. For me, that’s a sign to stay. I booked an appointment for my fiancé so Kristi can do her magic! I’ll be referring all my new friends to Kristi at Da Vinci Dental! #floss

I had a dental emergency while out of state and didn't know where to turn. I came across Da Vinci Dental Specialists and I am so happy that I did. Every person that I dealt with at the practice today was friendly and helpful. Dr. Olga was incredible and highly recommended.
