Very professional and pleasant, on time and explained everything to me so I would understand the maintenance performed.

2 stars for ease of scheduling our maintenance appointment and punctuality of the technician. Aside from that, the service provided did not meet our needs. The Daflure technician stated our system was operational upon leaving. However, our AC system was worse off after the seasonal maintenance appointment was performed. We had to call in another local company to re-perform a tune-up (which they did free of charge). During this tune-up, we were informed the chemical cleaning that we paid Daflure $250 for did not clean the unit properly. The unit was also not working because things were not re-installed properly before Daflure left. Not a company we feel we can trust our home to now.

So thankful he came out the same day I requested! Very thorough and took the time to answer my questions.

The technician was very experienced, friendly and informative. I will use DaFlure for all our HVAC system needs.

Today, Daflure Heating and Cooling inspected my AC for the upcoming cooling season. The technician was very professional and took great care of my system. He noticed some microbial growth on the supply and recommended a UV system to clean the air. The system was installed today and we no longer have to worry about the growth.

Austin was very knowledgeable and professional. Provided insight on how to continue the maintenance of the unit with the little things we can do ourselves.

AC unit needed repaired; I was happy with an appointment for the next day. Then, I received a text that a cancellation occurred and was given an appointment first thing the next morning!

Todd arrived on time, was courteous, and began to work. Within 1/2 hour the unit was repaired and Todd took the time to explain to me that my compressor needed replaced. He was very patient and thorough in answering my additional questions about future service my unit may require.

Newer to the area and didn't know who to call to fix my HVAC system. I found Daflure and now will be a lifelong customer! Customer service is top notch from the time you call to make an appointment until your service repairman leaves the house. Jensen did a great job at informing me with everything along the way throughout his visit and gave tips and recommendations for life and longevity of the system. Highly recommend Daflure!

Sheldon as so polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to really explain things, helped with filter replacement, how the humidifier system works and things to look out for. He also helped us connect our thermostat to the WIFI so we would be assured of getting system updates. We have nothing but good things to say about Daflure.

Service Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Called ahead and arrived promptly at the time promised. He took the time to explain what he was doing in detail, reporting on the conditions found, status of the equipment, etc. 5-star experience in my opinion.
