Always a great place for a frozen treat. The restaurant staff seem very responsible keeping the place clean and sanitary. They have some excellent social distancing measures in place to make every safe and comfortable.

Signed on door says you must wear mask to enter the building upon entering no employees were wearing masks. Order to order to of pretzel sticks was to told to wait in our car and they would bring them out have been waiting 20 minutes no pretzels yet

Good customer service in a good safe way. Good safe measures in place for ordering and eating inside.

Very dissapointing the past 2 months. My orders have been consistently incorrect and i am always greated with immediate attitude from the terrible staff.

Got chicken strip basket and fries. The special that comes with a sundae for $6 bucks. Very good. Chicken and fries nice and hot. Friendly staff. Always liked this place. Been coming here since I was a kid.

There are some DQ items I absolutely love. The service here can be slow and a bit distracted at times. On busy days, parking can be a challenge.

I never would have guessed they would have such good food options and tasty at that. There chicken strips and burgers and fries are better than most other fast food places out there. Try it out and see. For the price, you can't go wrong.

The service was slow and when I ordered the $6 meal deal I asked “Could I upgrade that Blizzard to a medium, ” like I have done at DQs across the nation. The lady behind the counter doesn’t respond and when I look at my receipt I see it says Small blizzard. I said, “I asked for a medium. ” “Oh we can’t do that. ” “Everyone else does. ” “I wouldn’t even know how to upgrade to a medium. ”
What I didn’t bother saying at that point was “Well you could have said that before you finished ringing me up and I could have changed my order. ” And what she didn’t say was “oh, my mistake, we’ll just make it a medium. ” So she saved her company 30 cents worth of product and got a bad review and an irritated customer.

I was there today and the service sucked. The cashier skipped me to wait on her friends. I used to be a regular but I won’t be back there again!

The service here is very very slow. I ordered 2 items, waited over 10 minutes and by the time the girl was finished making the second item, the first was completely melted. Also, I’ve never seen a “manager” or someone in charge. There’s no flow and while the food and ice cream is fine, the service could be improved. I visit this restaurant frequently because it’s one of the only places in the area to serve ice cream, and every time there seems to be people in the back talking amongst themselves while lines build up front. Overall unprofessional staff and slow service.

Took over half a hour to get a burger and fries when it wasn't even busy needless to say I'm never going here again

I'm giving a 2 because, while I've never had rude service there, I do have multiple complaints.
1. Slow as all get out. If there's at least one person in front of you, expect to be waiting about 5 minutes.
2. There needs to be some sort of queue system. People get cut in front of many times because there's no actual line, just a group of people standing at the counter.
3. They need to extend the hours. Closing at 8 (even on the weekend, during the fall/winter) is ridiculous, especially when there are very few places around to get ice cream.
Fix these and this place would be booming.

Purchased a ice cream cake yesterday and it was very disappointing. The chocolate and vanilla ice cream had very little flavor. I will definitely not be spending another $20 on a cake from here again.

Visited March 15th 2019 around lunchtime and waited over 20 minutes for our food. Doesn't seem to have the efficiency or staffing to handle a typical days lunch hour.

This dairy queen is THE BEST dairy queen around. I love dairy queen blizzards and have been to probably every single one from grove city to pittsburgh and all inbetween. I challenge anyone to go here and get a blizzard anyone of your choice and then go to any or all of the ofther ones like i have and i bet the bank this WILL BE the very best one you EVER went to. They put the right amount of candy and ice cream in your blizzard and they arent cheap about it. After i went here a couple times then was in a different county and had to go to a different one i actually had to ask where the candy was and even after they fixed it and added more you still could barely see any candy. So it was like eating plain vanilla ice cream. Not here in the DQ in zeli i even have them special make mine by adding some of the icing they make to put on their cakes on top of it mmmm its sooo good. But they can only do that on the days the lady who makes the cakes is there. Theres a charge for it but its well worth it and they are the only DQ that will do that for me. So i challenge everyone who reads this. Drive the extra few miles and try this DQ i personally bet you it WILL be the very BEST blizzard you EVER got or hell ill reimburse you lol. Trust me theres a line here in the winter for a reason. Also i do not work here or for DQ in any way nor do i own this or any DQ. This one is just really the best one you will ever go to and its worth the exta 40 min ride. Try it youll see i promise.

VERY good service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and on the ball. I got a specially-made Blizzard and was blown out of the water at how delicious it was. I will certainly be returning to this Dairy Queen for some of their other specially crafted flavors of Blizzards.

There Burgers were awful, Not how it was made just bad meat. Fry's were good but the burger tasted like it came from a Frozen box of 100 patties. Cheap as possible

I had a coupon for a chicken combo. She took my coupon, and then moments later told me they were “out” of chicken, but she never gave me back my coupon. She said there was “nothing she could do” I’m annoyed and are not doing business with them ever again.

Very clean dining area and kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. If you're in Zelenople, PA, you've got to stop at their Dairy Queen.

Best Dairy Queen in the area! Any flavor ice cream you want! And quite a variety of food also. We never leave there, after canoeing, without stopping for our favorite ice cream!
