Dairy Queen, Quakertown PA

It's a great place to visit they even support an antique car show which I enjoyed while at the DQ having a burger with onion rings, will do this again even if there is no car show brings back back great memories when I was a kid.

I am completely disappointed in the owner. I had several coupons for a free kids cone with no expiration date on them. I used 3 or 4 of them, but went to use one today and he says we can't take them anymore. I asked why and he said they are older coupons so they are no good and it doesn't work with our new computer system. I was shocked because he told his employees before to just throw the coupons away after I used it, so it has nothing to with the new computer systems. He just doesn't want to give a kids cone away for free even through he acknowledges there is now expiration date and he's the one that gave them out. He should have told me this he 1st time I went to use. Not allow me use them numerous times. He must really be hurting for money if he can't give a cone away which cost what dimes to make. I will never go back there again, I don't care if there is no other ice cream place around here!

I love their ice cream, too! We lucked out there was a small car show in the parking lot, so awesome! We go as much as we can!

The food is good but they are the last fast food place around to get an app. Yesterday when they launched the app and it was painful to use.

I got the chicken basket with fries and because I had two coupons I made separate purchases my fries were always cold yet my boyfriend's fries were nice and hot and fresh. Customer service SICKED

Always a great place to grab dessert, their fries are really good as well! Perfect for getting the kids hopped up on sugar so they have that sugar crash coma right around bed time.

The staff are always friendly, professional and very prompt and reliable. The service is fantastic! I love the food! It's delicious! Thank you, Dairy Queen for your awesome staff and outstanding food. ️

Always a pleasant experience at one of my favorite restaurants. It was clean. Everyone was super friendly. They were all happy to be working there. Food was spot on.

This location has gone down hill. They can't or won't dip a cone correctly. It's ran by kids who could care less about quality and service. It's unfortunate.

This is best Dairy Queen I have ever visited. Staff is always friendly, food comes out quickly, and the place is clean. Best place to get a cool treat or quick lunch/dinner. Plus, their ice cream cakes are way better than the store bought!

I went to Dairy Queen in the evening & asked for a mini chocolate brownie extreme blizzard thick blend, no lid & with extra brownie bites. The woman taking my order said they couldn’t do thick blend & “the blizzards come how they come. ” I asked for this at the same location before & they gave it to me without a problem but nonetheless I overlooked it. My blizzard had no extra brownie bites, barely the normal amount which is why I usually buy the extra brownie bites & I was charged for it. My blizzard was also extremely soft & nearly melted (something I was trying to avoid). The woman taking my order had no customer service skills, was unhelpful & lazy to say the least.

Nice place, but a really old-fashioned and it seems that they are in dire need of renovation or a some sort of remodeling. Food is quite decent, especially taking into account prices. We ordered some chicken fingers and cheeseburgers, everything was good enough but nothing special.

Kids size ice cream cone, not small, kids size is 3.50. When I asked if that was truley the price for the smallest cone ever he said that his electric went up by 30%. So has mine. Charging people to make up for a 2 year loss during a recession is price gouging. Sometimes you need to take a hit and profits need to go down

Drive thru stop for blizzard and ice cream cone with sprinkles. Happy kids. No line to wait in, so it was a pretty quick stop. Kids love to go for treats that mom won’t eat… be nice if there was something healthy on the menu too.

Mom, hubby, me we all love this location be for covid dine in a lot. After take out some. Sad because we moved so we do not get to go to this one much. One near us I hate. Move to our area. Great people here also

Play area was not open. It does not appear the play area will be open in the near future. Dairy Queen might want to consider removing the equipment or using opaque windows so travelers don’t get the wrong impression.
