Dairy Queen, Pennsburg PA

I bought a Reese's ice cream cake, which comes with layers of vanilla and chocolate ice cream and reese's peanut butter chunks on top. It was so good! The service was good! I got their a few minutes after they opened, and the dining room lights weren't on.

It wasn't crowded at all which was really nice. The food was so fresh and hot! Delicious! The service was good. Only thing, the women's bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned in about a week.

My blizzard was melted, not to mention they didn't flip it over before serving it to me

We ordered black and white medium cones, and were given black and white medium shakes. When we asked for our refund of the difference we were given an attitude, so we left.

The place wasn't busy and the food was ice cold! They didn't have the lights on in the dining area. Just an overall bad experience.

Part of our order was wrong and they seemed to be confused often. But all in all not the worst we never have a problem when ordering ice cream.

Honestly it depends on the day you go I’ve realized. They are all pretty young that work and you gotta start somewhere.but sometimes my milkshakes be tasting like warm chocolate milk.

Cashier almost didn’t return my change from a $50 dollar bill I purchased my 1 item with and had I been distracted by something in the moment, I very well may N0T have caught the mistake,

Getting to expensive. Almost 8.00 for a milkshake/ poor excuse of a blizzard. Not happy with the changes in the blizzard. A tiny amount goodies in a cup of ice cream does not make a good blizzard.

Prices have skyrocketed, for food that has always been average at best. $10 each for 2 large cheese curds which are just mozzarella bites (not real cheese curds) plus 2 large blizzards came to $36! It's just not worth it anymore.

They need to stop calling it Dairy Queen. They do not honor any coupons and it's a hit or a miss. I've seen non working boys behind the counter horsing around with the girls

When we went, there were several young adults on their cell phone acting as if our order of 4 blizzards and a pup cup was a bother. Everything was closed, but the dtive through, and it still seemed to take them a long time.

The future of America is at the helm of this beautiful Pennsburg establishment. Run, don’t walk to see just what this Dairy Queen has to offer!

Doesn't accept the DQ app, which makes no sense, as it is a DQ.not even sure it's really using DQ recipes or anything.it's basically a fake, do not go

So slow plan on a 30 min wait workers are nice not sure if it's them that are slow but are always polite and apologetic
