The only thing bad about Dairy Queen is when they're closed. The food and service are awesome, ice cream cakes are completely out of this world. Highly recommend!

Carry out: Saw at least 4 employees, 3 saw me and didn’t acknowledged me. After minutes of hearing curse words and talking about telling people to “come fight me at work they know where I work”. Just very unprofessional.

Worth driving through the traffic on RT 51! Love getting ice cream treats through the drive up window!

Not sure why any restaurant would change the delivery range through Grubhub to eliminate an address that orders a lot! Not smart business. Shouldn’t drivers get to decide how far they want to drive?

You know the product, and it's good.the drive thru is busy and keeps it moving.make sure they get your order exactly as you like it.

I was very dis-satisfied today with both food and service. I ordered a blizzard at drive thru. Asked for heath and strawberry. Got it and parked and when taking off lid it was so soupy! It was more soupy than a milk shake would have been! I went back to drive thru and told the guy. He said "its going to be soupy because of the strawberry". I told him I had had that exact blizzard many times and it had never been soupy like that but if thats the case, this time leave strawberry out. When pulling around then to window he handed me the blizzard in a very diliberate way and was very curt as well. The bottom of the cup was more back toward him and top forward to me. There was no lid so when he handed it to me, almost shoving it in my hand ice cream spattered on my car and myself. He immediately then slammed the window! There is no doubt he knew exactly what he did, NONE! I'm pretty easy going in nature and not overly picky. If thats how your employees are going to treat your customers you DO NOT DESERVE my business! I will NEVER COME BACK! Dairy Queen has a policy of " if it drips it's free" when turning over cup, so I really wasn't asking for anything not offered or given as policy to ANY other customer. I didn't even ask for or get a refund. All I wanted was what I ordered. Not a milk shake, not a nasty thick drink. It is unacceptable to have been treated as I was and not likely to EVER forget it! I'm 57 years old and have never once my entire life been spattered with the food I ordered by the employee I ordered it from! NEVER.

Food ordered was fresh hot and delicious. First time trying bacon single burger with onion rings it was awesome. Honey BBQ chicken fingers was great as well as my oreos cookie blizzard. Customers service was great. Definitely recommend going there again

Easy to get in and out of. Staff could have been a bit friendlier. It appeared to be very busy that day.

Service was fast and polite. The place was acceptably​ clean. But I specifically went there for the summer berry cheesecake blizzard DQ has been advertising. I should have ordered a cup of vanilla ice cream with the minimal amount of flavoring I received! MOST of my large blizzard was WHITE! If it actually had the flavors it was supposed to, it probably would have been pretty good. As it was, it was a $5 ripoff.

This Dairy Queen has been remodeled and is very nice. Much cleaner than it use to be. The person who was working the counter was very pleasant, we were even still sitting there talking after closing time and she didn't tell us to leave while she was cleaning up. We left when we noticed she was cleaning and she still pleasantly said good night and not a problem. I just think the blizzards are waaaay too expensive. $3.59 for a mini!

Newly remodeled. Fast, friendly service. Cheap eats. Bring a jacket if eating in-freezing cold inside.

They were very busy. No where to park. And the food was very sloppy. So needless to say I was disappointed.

Was very disappointed since this is the first time coming here after they remodeled. I ordered a mint oreo blizzard only to have the mint flavor on top and not many oreos in it and plain vanilla on the bottom. I ordered my son a small chocolate sundae with cookie crumbles on top only to get maybe a half a crushed cookie at a price of 50 cents extra. 2 blizzards and a sundae came out to just over $16. Probably won't be coming back.

Music was playing way too loud to stay in the dining room comfortably. Service was normal. Place was clean.

They close early by an hour than what their posted hours are with no warning, their excuse is "business was slow" when you drive to a business with posted business hours that has closed well before their posted business hours it is more than dissappointing. It has happened to me a number of times at this location. After the reopen, this place hasn't even been worth 1 star.

They do not know customer service. The wait for the reopening is so disappointing. The sizes of the cones are about half of what they used to be. I'll never go back.

All I want to do is order a cake. I have been trying for 3 days now and nobody answers the phone.how can you do business like that I'm very disgusted.
I buy my niece who is my godchild I Dairy Queen cake every year for Valentine's Day well she's going to have to pick another tree because I will not deal with you

Months ago I didn't have the best costumer service due to lack of knowledge everywhere. But tonight I went through the drive thru, and honestly i wasn't sure what I wanted. But the lady in the loudspeaker helped me out tremendously without getting upset with me. My food, yes, food! Was delicious. And it's all because of the lady's help. Great service today.

Filthy! Staff not interested. I was scared to eat the food and threw it away.
Stay away from this location.
