Dalian on the Park

The management at the Dalian not only make sure residents enjoy living there — they are an excellent neighbor and civic host to a polling place each cycle! For 2 days a year, the Dalian makes it possible for residents and neighbors to VOTE and that is amazing. Thank you!

Living at the Dalian was amazing! You can tell that everyone takes pride in the quality and maintenance of the building. Whenever I put in a note, someone was there at my door to address it within 12 hours - and usually, within one hour!

I rented at the Dalian sight unseen, and Sandy was wonderful with coordinating my emergency move. Bozzuto is great, and Dalian is a crown jewel of their many properties.

Loved our two years at the Dalian - it's now a wonderful place to live AND to vote. The building has offered itself as a polling place this year- polls are set up in one of the huge amenities spaces-which has been great for residents, our poll workers, and the rest of the neighborhood. Thanks for management for making that happen!

Dalian on the Park is a very disrespectful neighbor! They just do not care about others who live in the neighborhood. Today event of selling burritos on the street without having a permit from the Department of Streets is a good example of a lack of respect to existing laws. They just blocked the loading/unloading zone for hours and the noise from the truck and the odor of old burning oil are unbearable.

I do not agree with the comments from the Dalian management - the issue with collecting trash is not due to the recent snow. It has been regularly shared on Twitter and Facebook.
Also, I understand that Whole Foods needs to maintain an uninterrupted supply chain, but it's hard to buy that loud truck backup beepers are necessary especially early in the morning (before 6am-7am) and on weekends.

I'm renting an apartment at Parkway House. 2-3xweek a garbage truck (Payload Disposal Inc) collects trash from the Dalian and Whole Foods at 4-5am! Together with other residents from the Parkway, we keep reporting this violation, but the Dalina management keeps ignoring our complaints. It's not even about the unbearable noise, but also about accepting violation of the law. I'm also aware of the Dalian residents complaining about noise from Whole Foods delivery trucks' backup beepers. If you are fine with a noisy neighborhood, it may be a good place for you.

This is an amazing place. Me and my family were coming for a short term lease of 2 months. We booked through Barsala, but there were some technical issues which meant that our booking stood cancelled. But the team of BUZOTO at DALIAN came to our rescue. Chrisitan particularly was amazing getting us booked in. Special mentions to the whole team. It is an amazing place to live in, right above whole foods, amazing location, great apartments but most importantly it is run by an efficient team of lovely individuals who are very helpful in every way.best place I have lived after my home. This was my home away from home at Philly.

Many clients of mine stay at the Dalian and they are beyond happy! The staff is accessible and extremely helpful. The property and facilities are gorgeous. I would highly recommend the Dalian on the Park!

Moving during a pandemic was a trial by fire, but the Dalian was so worth it! The leasing office couldn't have made things any easier for us to move cross-country to a city we had never even visited before. Now we find ourselves with one of the most gorgeous cities in the world right outside our door, and we couldn't be happier. We would be remiss if we didn't single out the maintenance team here at the Dalian on the Park for their incomparable work. We are veteran apartment dwellers, and we have never before enjoyed this level of rapid and skilled responsiveness.

Moved in last week and process was great. Contacted the maintenance team to get the new apartment set by mounting TVs, hanging shelves, etc. Dan from Dalian was extremely helpful, professional and did a great job. Moving is always a tiring experience but the staff at Dalian allow you to feel right at home quickly. The building is fantastic, well maintained and has so many conveniences. After our first week in Philly, we are so pleased that we chose Dalian on the Park!

I moved to Philly about a month ago from Georgia for a position with a hospital here. I had never been to Philadelphia prior, so I was looking for a building that was safe bcse I didn’t know the area. It’s much more than just safe. I feel like I’m living in the Ritz Carlton. The maintenance team, the leasing team, and there’s such a nice gentleman that is always keeping the elevators and lobbies clean. I couldn’t have picked a better building.

Dalian on the Park has the best management team in the entire center city properties. They are ridiculously fast in response and are on top of every task. It still surprises me how they installed an air pressure with a holder on the door between parking garage and the elevator to reduce the noise when the door being shut everytime. I sent out a request email to Arianna expecting it to take at least 3 days to a week but no! They finished it on the next day.
Arianna is the leasng agent that helped me moving in. She was very friendly and informative. Everytime I had an issue and reached out to her, the issue got resolved surprisingly fast.
I'm so happy with everything about Dalian on the Park that I'm already letting all my friends about this place and yes there is no doubt that I wouldnt recommend this place to other people. 120% satisfied with amenities and the services they provide. I can confidently say that this property is the best place to live for people who are seeking to live near the center city.

Highly recommend living at the Dalian. Everything here is truly first class including the amenities as well as the staff (everyone on the staff knows your name). Our experience living here for the last two years has been exceptional and would recommend anyone to live here.

I moved into the Dalian about a week ago and so far its been great! Clean, quiet, and with great amenities. Front desk, maintenance, and the leasing office have all been amazing!

The concierge team at the Dalian is wonderful. Ammonie Ruhl is a shining example for the whole team, every time I step by she is extremely friendly and always has a little chat we me and my baby. She, as well as the rest of the team understand my living situation and accommodate my needs every day. It is what makes us feel at home in the building.

As a vendor, I've worked with Michael and Christian, and the rest of the amazing staff at Dalian on the Park for a little less than a year as an Account Executive, however they have been a long-standing and extremely valued partner of our company for many years. Partnering with their team has been nothing short of amazing. Their efficiency, professionalism and communication are exemplary, and they have truly made it easier to transition into my new role. Their staff and community are so welcoming and kind, and I look forward to continuing our partnership together.:)

We moved into the Dalian about a month ago and have been loving every second of it so far! To start, Sandy was the one who initially arranged our tour. She has been so patient, kind, and quick to respond to any question we've had. The concierge has always been very helpful when it comes to picking up packages, answering quick questions, and letting in our guests. We have a 1 bedroom, 1 den apartment and it has been the perfect amount of space for my fiance and I. We don't hear any noise from our neighbors. The amenities are well-kept and everyone seems to be respectful of each other's space. We love it here:)

If you love City living but also want a neighborhood feeling look no further than The Dalian. I first met Michael and the management team last November when our neighborhood voting polling place was closed, due to a fire, the day before the election. Immediately The Dalian stepped in and opened their facilities so that not only residents but neighbors could exercise the right to vote. Michael and his team could not have been more welcoming. They assisted us by informing their residents of the polling location team. In what could have been a chaotic day they made it happen. There was such positive feedback from all neighborhood voters that they once again have agreed to make it happen again. Thank you the entire Dalian team.

I moved to Dalian on the Park in October 2020. I have lived in similar buildings around the country and based on my experience I would rate Dalian on the Park in the top one percent of all apartment buildings. Dalian is truly a 5 star building! The price point is excellent. The leasing, management, maintenance, and concierge staff are all without exception personable, attentive, and professionally competent. You will be hard pressed to find a better building in this rental price category anywhere in Philadelphia or for that matter anywhere. Among Bozzuto buildings nationwide, several of which I seriously considered, Dalian on the Park is a special gem! I love the floor to ceiling windows, all the amenities, and the proximity to Whole Foods. The building and units are spotlessly clean. All my needs and requests have been addressed on a timely basis, usually within less than a few hours. I am generally hard to please:)! And in most contexts I can easily find things to improve, but that is not the case at Dalian on the Park. I feel at home and welcomed at Dalian on the Park! I highly recommend Dalian on the Park!

We moved in to our new home just under a month ago with our two dogs. The grounds are lovely, there is very little noise that can be heard from the neighbors around us. People are friendly and those that work the concierge are very helpful. Sandy who helped place us answered all our questions, was very prompt, helpful, patient and friendly. We are very happy to be here!
