In the 20 years that I’ve been living in my house, I have unfortunately had to call on Damage Control for their services, four times now. Each related to a different incident. Each time they have been courteous, professional, and overall amazing to deal with. From washing machines overflowing, dishwashers exploding lines, leaks from the roof, and most recently an exploding gallon of water. Their thorough assessments, professional cleanup, as well as calming demeanor, has gotten us through all of these events. I highly recommend their services and for any cleanup needs.

This company deserves five stars. They were extremely dependable and thorough. Each and every employee we came in contact with was professional. Bruce, the manager, was always available when a concern or question arose. Very refreshing to use a company such as Damage Control” and have no issues. Rare these days.

My experience with this company is far from good. So I called them this week because I had a faulty pellet stove that filled my house with smoke for an hour and have smoke damage. I called them and asked if they do damage control on smoke damage. The lady I spoke with said yes and I explained my situation and she said that shouldn't be a problem. I gave them my name and phone number and she put me on hold to see when someone could come back out. She then came back on the line and proceeded to tell me that this is something they can't do. I asked well you do handle smoke damage right and she then told me no and hung up.
