Renters beware. They tricked us into signing up for their online service. There was no fee and they never informed the tenants there would be yearly charges. They even tried to get everyone to sign up by holding a contest for a months worth of free rent. Only to now charge them a $35 a year fee. They won’t let me opt out and pay my rent by mail. So basically I’m being forced to pay for something I didn’t ask for or don’t want to use.

D'Angelo Realty Group made my renting experience seemless and fast! They are communicative and timely with responses. Property Manager Joel Williams is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

This is a very friendly company to do business with. I toured a property to rent on a Friday, and got approved by the following Wednesday even without 3x rent as monthly income.

A welcome basket was given on the day of move-in which was very thoughtful and helped ease some of the move-in stress. I did most of my communication with Joel, who is very down to earth and knowledgeable of the area.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because some of the appliances were absolutely filthy at the time of move-in. Other than that minor inconvenience, I would absolutely rent from this company again.

Great company to rent from. Easy process, everything is online. Joel was great getting us into our new place.

I recently decided to rent out my house and was looking for a property management firm to help with the process. I went online and chose the first one that came up on Google that serviced South Central Pennsylvania and contacted them. After two phone calls with multiple questions, they stopped calling me back. I then went on NextDoor and asked for recommendations and three people recommended Joel Williams at D’Angelo Realty Group (DRG). I decided to drop in to see if I could get some information. It was the Friday preceding Memorial Day weekend so I did not expect there to be anyone around, but Joel was there.

Joel walked me through the process they follow, answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday to come out with a colleague (Nicole Walsh) to inspect the property and provide feedback. DRG has a contract with a person that does maintenance on the properties they manage. I pulled together a list of 17 items that needed repair. I met with the maintenance person to go over the list. He showed up on time to get the multiple jobs done and made sure I was satisfied with the work completed.

DRG took photos of the house and published the listing on their website on a Saturday and scheduled showings the following week. They also made a video of the house available to potential customers that contacted them from out of town. The first showing was early Monday morning and at the end of the showing the couple signed a three year contract. I am told this is not the norm, but Joel and Nicole pulled everything together to make this happen.

Poor communications with residents. Sub par to say the least.

I do not rent from you, and never will. I am speaking for a long time resident that has been disrespected and treated like a third rate citizen. They wish to remain anonymous for fear of retaliation from your less than professional office. Do better!

I have been with Dangelo Realty for a few years and I must say they are the best. From the office Joel and Kayla to Renee after hours, just awesome. I’m in a small building with 2 apts, it’s vintage and comfortable. Thank you DAngelo Group

Bad property management. Terrible experience. The company makes you think they are professional until you sign the contract with them. But they are really horrible. Beware of the lies and scams they do.very bad experience on property management side. Please stay away. I do not recommend D'Angelo Realty Group for property management. This property management cost me $5,000 for two months of rent and that chard me a $500 Cancel fee. They did not collect the right rent as per our agreement. They chard me $453.20 work was done I was not notified. I have to follow up many times to get the information. They have charged me double the management fee. As per our agreement is 8% and they have charged me 16%. The Placement fee charged full one-month rent as per the agreement has to be charged only 50%, not the full month's rent. They did not send me the tenant Security deposit. Nicole and Stephen terrible person to deal with.

Communicative and friendly staff, quick response to emergencies, a realtor/business/company with integrity, could not ask for anything more! Thank you for everything.

D'Angelo is awesome. I have been renting from them for 3 years now. Everyone is so nice. There's been times where they were willing to work with me and they understand people's struggles. I would recommend them to anyone. Any problem you have (which I haven't had many do to there upkeep on the properties) have been fixed quickly.

This Property Management Group is one of the best ones. Really nice and professional people. Joel is the best!

I am a new tenant with D’Angelo Realty Group and I am already so happy to be renting from them! The entire proceeds from beginning to end was so easy. Joel is amazing! So friendly and easy to talk to about the property. He was on time for every appt and accommodated all of my needs. Nicole even made me an adorable welcome basket for my new place. The rent is super affordable and the unit is in a clean, quiet building. I 100% recommend their services!

I would never recommend this to anyone. They screwed us over royally as tenants, claimed they missed a signature in the renewal paperwork so they moved us to a month-to-month lease (WITHOUT telling us), and surprised us with a move-out notice because the owner wanted to sell the house. Everything was sleazy, they changed their story halfway through, and it was awful in so many ways. Stay away if you're a renter.

Joel is a wonderful property manager. He was easy to communicate with and quick to resolve any issues.

My building has went under 3 management groups since I’ve lived here & DRG is by far the best. They are all kind and very quick! The Maintence guy Greg is so respectful & helpful as well as Joel one of the property managers. It saddens me that I am moving on because I don’t think their service can be matched!

My wife and I rented a townhouse that is managed by D'Angelo Realty and Joel Williams was excellent to work with.
