Just called to see about fixing a 42 in Vizio LCD after the inverter board blew. Person I spoke to completely blew me off and treated me as if I were an idiot. Called to other places thankfully Danny D's was my last call so he was the only TOOL I had to deal with.
Just from dealing with them on the phone i would suggest STAY AWAY.
He took my TV, yelled at me when i decided not to fixed it. He refused to drop off the TV after he took $45.00 for estimate. Stay away, never even call.
They came to my home, picked up my television (42 inch samsung LCD), repaired it, and delivered it to my home in a day after picking it up from the house. Danny D Tv Service is the best. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Danny D just repaired a TV of mine and I could not be happier with the service. I dropped off my tv about a week ago and received a call of what was wrong with it and what it would need within a day. It was hard to find a part but once they got it in they called me that the tv was done. The price was great. The day my tv was done my husband was in the hospital so John offered to drop the tv off to my house and set it all up for me on the stand. It's a 55" tv so it would have been hard for me to bring home from the shop myself. For me that is great customer service. I will be going back there and recommending them to anyone I know who is having an issue with their tv.
HOW RUDE CAN YOU GET? Do you think I'll ever use you after being so rude? My TV just broke so I get on the phone calling a local repairman. I called Danny TV and they did not answer so I left a message that I am calling to find a repairman now and can he call me back as soon as possible. In the meantime I kept calling and found someone that can come over now. An hour later Danny calls me back. I was very kind and said thanks for calling me back but I already found someone.no goodbye, he just slams the phone down in my ear.why treat me like that?
