The associates at Dan's area a pleasure to work with. They are friendly and incredibly knowledgable-as most of them are avid photographers and passionate about all things photography. When they say they'll call you back-they do. Would highly recommend them, and absolutely give them chance to work with you on a price compared to online. Great service! A great place to get personalized information about cameras. Prices comparable to those on line. When I am ready to purchase my new camera I will definitely go back.

This happened quite some time ago, but I went into Dan's and they were having a used equipment sale. I saw a camera there that I would like to get for my son who was quite young at the time. And it had a really good price on clerk who was assisting me then said oh that's not for sale at that price and she instantly jacked up the price of the camera.

The person who worked with me was training and was very helpful. I'm having slides put on a USB drive. They will be ready in three days. Wow that's fast. Very professional.

Took my old digital camera in because it wasn't reading the memory card. Steve at the counter diagnosed the problem (bent pin) and repaired it right there! No charge! Incredibly knowledgable, friendly and helpful customer service. I highly Recommend Dan's.

Great local store with anything and everything g you need when it comes to equipment and prints. Just bought a new Sony A7 IV and couldn't be more impressed with it. I highly recommend shopping local and their prints and selection are second to none!

I have a 35mm Nikon FM that was my mother's. It suffered damage and I thought it was beyond repair due to the age. The staff, especially Alan, was very helpful and they were able to repair my camera quickly and affordably. Thank you guys for everything.

This is also the only place in the valley I can find that develops film on premises and they even offer one hour development 3 days of the week and they always come out great. Huge selection of cameras, gear and film. Have been taking my film here for years and will continue to do so

This place is a great place to check out new gear, I had a bad experience with a flash I bought It broke and they got me the wrong size flash reflector for the flash. They help me out fast with the return process, sometimes customer service is slow helping people to find what they're looking for, geat store for prints and they also fix & rent camera gear.

I had bought a new Olympus E-M10 MARK 3S To find out about classes and they will start after the new year. I will be keeping my eyes open for the classes needed.

They restored my parents black and white wedding picture that was taken 50 years ago and made it look like it was taken yesterday. Highly recommended. Very professional customer service.
