Love this ice cream place hidden in campus area. Have a lot of different flavors and really delicious with friendly price too!

There is no better ice cream experience! Great customer service, delicious homemade ice cream and waffle cones, and awesome portions make for the best of best sweet treats. Dave & Andy’s is an absolute dream.

Just a great experience every time I go there. The fresh sugar cones are a delight, the on site made fresh ice cream is always a welcome treat. I take out of town visitors here every time I get a chance. A real slice of Pittsburgh.

The cinnamon toast ice cream was bangin'! My brother has lived in Pittsburgh for a few years, and when I asked him where I should check out, this place was at the top of his list of recommendations. He was right, it was definitely worth the visit.

Best ice cream I’ve had in this town! Very friendly staff as well. Good waffle cones too. I’ll walk an hour to get here, rather than take the ice cream down the street.

The ice cream is very tasty. They have new flavors other than your regular chocolate and vanilla etc. The staff was very friendly. You can ether pay cash or card (a lot of places only accept cash). The price is average not cheap and not expensive compared to other ice cream places like Millie's ice cream. The smell inside the place is so good btw.

Amazing! I got the birthday cake and you can tell that the cake is either fresh or not made stale then added into the ice cream.if that makes sense. Haha. I really enjoyed it and I think the price was pretty reasonable for two people. Especially in the area that it is in. Would go back!

I went here with my father and his freind a while ago and all I remember is that it is good. Yeah. That is it. I forgot what I got, but if you are visiting Pittsburgh, just go there. It’s epic.

Delicious homemade ice cream and cones. I love how they fold in your topping. And of course still have the m&m in the bottom of the cone!

Hands down my favorite place for ice cream in Pittsburgh! Better than Millie’s, Treat, and others. Frozen yogurt, sorbets, and sugar free options make it inclusive outing for those with dietary restrictions/preferences.

However their waffle cones - yummmmmmmm

Their single scoop is like a double and you guessed it their double is like a triple. Their hand packed pints and quarts are some of the best value in town.

Unique rotating flavors alongside tried and true staples make it so there is always something you will enjoy.

Bonus - they now take credit cards!

Highly recommend grabbing a scoop or two and walking around Schenley plaza (if it lasts you that long!)

We love ice cream. Love it. But my wife, kids (10 and 12 at the time) and I didn't even finish our ice cream from this place. This was the worst ice cream I have ever had. I am so confused by all the 5-star reviews. Maybe the freezer went bad and all the flavors we had just melted and refroze - but it was really not good. I wouldn't eat at this place again even if it was free. And I am cheap.

Probably the best ice cream in the city. More on the cream side vs crazy flavors which is the way it should be. Great cones.

Nice little shop, $5 for a normal cup thats enough to split with someone else. Delicious sorbet and this was rocky road I think.
