Dave & Buster's, Camp Hill PA

The food was amazing. The waiter we had was top notch. Plenty of keto friendly choices. The games were pretty good as far as arcades go and the VR was out of this world.

Waitress was MIA the majority of the time (wait staff throughout was inattentive to say the least). When the food finally came it was cold and incorrect. Music was so loud you could not speak to the person next to you. Price was outrageous for the quality and quantity of available items.

Dave and Buster's is an amazing place to play games and it is a great place to spend time with family. It is also an awesome place to host birthday parties because they have amazing packages. One thing I would change if I could is the prices. It is fun, but HOLY smokes the prices are super overpriced.

I have given this Dave & Buster's multiple chances to get it right and have been let down every time. The first time we came here, we waited almost 2 hours for our food. Our waitress did not apologize or check on us, we had to request a manager. At another visit, we were hopeful when we got there but soon let down. Our meal came out promptly but there was a hair laying across my sliders. The waitress took it away and brought me another order of sliders. After I ate one of the sliders I noticed a piece of hair on my sliders, again! They apologized and did what they were supposed to do but obviously they are lacking some sanitization in the kitchen. We will never eat here again.

We love going to Dave and busters with the kids but this was a terrible experience. Not only did we have to wait for a table, but they forgot to call us when it was supposedly ready. After waiting for almost 45 minutes we finally got seated.unfortunately though our waiter took another half an hour to even approach us after we were seated. After finally getting our food which was very good, thankfully, the waiter never even offered to bring us napkins or silverware. He never checked on the quality of food or to refill our drinks. I had to get up with my one-year-old in my arms to go and ask for a napkin and silverware.thankfully the manager was very kind and offered to give us our meal on the house. I don't believe I've ever experienced a waiter or waitress like this in my entire life.we always enjoy our trip to Dave and busters but this time was a really bad experience.

Super fun place. Definitely try amd get there when they first open. First 2 hours are half off games. If you are planning on doing the "eat and play" combo, make sure you don't eat before going. You have to order the food and then play games. On a plus side, we explained it being our first time there and we had eaten before. Since it wasnt busy they were very accomodating and let us order the food a little later.

I liked the environment. Staff was beyond nice. I got sick from freezer burnt jalapenos but they were nice about it. I didn't get my meal complimentary because I already paid for my meal and didn't expect to. I am still nauseous from the jalapenos (guess I didn't get rid of the rest of them) but all in all a good place.

Food is way too expensive for what you get.we got the cheesesteak sliders and there was barely any meat, a little bit of cheese but all bun.drinks are super expensive so go during happy hour.and the staff is so miserable.i paid my $21 bill with $30, and the waitress asked if i wanted my change back, after repeatedly asking for utensils i did not receive the entire meal and the food taking nearly an hour even though there were maybe 3 other groups eating, i told the waitress i would like my change back.i was still planning on tipping 20% because i know everyone has bad days, but what was her response to me asking for my $9 back? Throwing the cash into my dirty plate! How nice of her! Only thing i recommend going for is games on wednesday’s since they’re half price.

Came in on a Sunday after 7pm, Fathers Day. Restaurant was not busy but numerous tables unbussed. We waited 20 minutes for server to take drink order with only 2 other tables in the whole section. When we finally ordered our food it took another 40 minutes for the manager to come and tell me they were out of alfredo sauce for the pasta as they sat my husband's food in front on him. He did offer to comp the bill and tried to suggest an alternative but at that point it was 830 and I was ready to go. So not only did the service suck when they werent even busy, the bathroom was dirty and kitchen looked dirty trash all over the floor back there when I looked through the door. Definetly disappointed with my visit here. Ive been here before but never sat down and ate. Not worth it and wont be back anytime soon

Overall good experience, need more non spicy menu options. Had a great time playing in the arcade.

Games are fun, and they work. Way better than the sports emporium. The place is clean. Employees are very helpful and nice. PRIZES, oh yea, super cool prizes. Didnt order any food, but they have beer and thats pretty much the same anywhere.

Managers were present and even helping servers with tables. Great to see staff supporting each other when it gets busy.

This place is a mad house. I have been there multiple times but have never been able to get an actual table. It usually takes hours and hours of a wait. If you want to eat, go to the bar but I know that not possible for families. Also, the one drink at a time rule is dumb. I'm an adult, I know how much I can or can't drink. I suggest going there with someone who familar with how things work. There are employees there but they are usually to busy to take a moment and help. My kid showed me the ropes, be one with the kiosks. Overall you have to just take care of yourself here. Place is crazy and under staffed. A lot people running around but I'm not sure what they are exactly doing. I have been to ones in Philly and NY which were much better ran. Way more people at those but this little one in central PA can't figure it out. Makes no sense.

Food and drinks were good. Big variety of games, just wish there was more skeeball! The arcade prizes are actually pretty cool, not as cheesy as lots of other arcades I've been to over the years

Great service, fun atmosphere and games. Its a place to go to treat the kid in you. Just don't forget the wallet because they do charge a premium.

Well, my daughter and I thought it would be fun to take my husband to Dave and buster's for father's day. We were seated right away and the server came and took our drink order in a timely manner. The problem began when we placed our order. Being vegan, I of course ordered the impossible burger which is a plant based burger. My husband is also vegan and ordered pasta but substituted for zucchini noodle with mushrooms as a meat replacement and our daughter ordered pasta with steak. We also ordered a appetizer of chip and guacamole. 10 minute later I was told they sold out of the impossible burger so I just asked for fries. 45 minutes later and after asking three times our appetizer came out and 10minutes after that my daughter's Steak and pasta along with my side of fries. My husband is still sitting at this point waiting on meatless pasta. Finally, the waiter comes out and says " I was just told that we're out of zucchini noddles" WHAT! 50 minutes and your just told. " SHE'S EATING STEAK" my husband hates a scene sooooo.he orders fries. So we wait.and wait. Finally, the waiter brings us the check and I'm like he ordered fries! Than he proceeded to say " oh, ok.no charge" at this point im on FIRE! I take and pay the balance and played a few games (cause my husband still wanted too) and afterwards headed to chipotle. Happy Father's Day

After being told it be a five minute wait we waited about 40 mins to be told they forgot to let us know there was a table open.finally got seated and waited another 20 minutes for a waiter to come take order for drinks. Mind you they weren't even busy and had plenty of open tables. Our waiter took another 15 minutes to bring our soda to the table and take the food order. Finally received the food and had to go find waiter to get some silverware and napkins. This experience was horrible. Only plus was the food was delicious

Broccoli disgustingly too buttery.garlic mashed potatoes taste like an old flip flop worn by a goat.and the appetizer arrived right before the check. Will not eat here again

Food is delicious and drinks are just as good. They have a pretty good happy hour till 7pm. We go when we get the $20 for $20 of game tickets.
