Dave & Buster's, Pittsburgh PA

Dave and Busters (Ross Park) is as good as any other Dave and Busters location. It's great place to have fun with friends and family. Dave and Busters appeals to anyone looking to go out drinking with the boys while watching your favorite sports or to just kill time playing their many entertaining games. Great date idea, also, if that's what your wondering. Needless to say, Dave and Busters is overall a fun place no matter what your reason for going is and appeals to just about everyone. It's clean, fun, and overall a great place to chill and unwind. Food is good as well. Prices are kinda high but its worth it in my opinion. If you are military, they offer great discounts on your dinner and game prices as well. I have no problem supporting places that support our brave men and women of the armed forces.

Meh food, great games & terrible service. I've been here 5 times and have waited for service for so so long. The wait staff does 1 table at a time, then they disappear for 10 minutes, then they serve you.

Food was good service was great until it was time for check easily waited 15 to 20 minutes if not longer to finally pay.

The experience was amazing as it was my son's birthday. The food is a bit pricey with a few issues but overall a great experience.

Fun place for the kids but the card and point system I find to be irritating. We were given "buy $10 get $10 free" coupons and the hostess told us we would be better off not using them due to the terms and restrictions. It is odd that you are issued "credits" on a card but the fees the games charge aren't even whole numbers. I'm sure the subterfuge of this system does not benefit my kids or my pocketbook. BRING BACK THE QUARTERS LOL

Have always loved Dave & Buster's, so nice to have a new North Hills location closer to where I live. Lots of great games for kids & adults alike and plenty of big screen TVs to go watch the games. It's in a nice area and everything is new. Only problem was one of the skee ball games didn't work, but aside from that we had a great time.

North hills locatuon - Nieces 14th birthday, waited half hour for service. Ordered table of 4 - 1 hour and a half ago, and our food is still not here. Manager making all kind of excuses! Terrible service unfortunately. And no refills.no refills in an hour and a half.

Service at the bar is terrible, and the bar was queit so no reason to not have services.
I used to love to go to dave and buster but not anymore

It is definitely loud and noisey. But beside that the sandwich I got was definitely not that good. For a beer and a sandwich it definitely was over priced.

Games and fun shenanigans. My only complaint is I had my 11 year old walk to the bar and order a Shirley Temple "on the rocks" and the bartender didn't even crack a smile. No fun!

Kind of small and not too many people working here on a weeknight.

Tried again on a Wednesday night, got here at 8: 30 and asked for a table and was told that we have to find something by the bar ourselves. All of the tables by the bar were full or dirty. We had to ask someone else there for a table and eventually they came out and cleared the dishes off of a booth for us so we sat down and waited for them to come back to wipe the table off but they never came back to take our order. We left at 9 and went somewhere else. There was many more people working this time but I'm guessing that they were getting ready to leave because many were just standing around while a couple were working. The waterfront location was never this bad but this one is closer to me but I will make the trip back there to see if it's still good.

The food is great and our server, Paige, really made us feel welcome there. Of course, the games are always fun. A great place to relax and have fun with friends.

The service was very slow. The menu was scant. Healthy options are minimal. But the deals they had for the games, saved the night! The games are very expensive! The prizes are great! There is a nice selection.

All the food was incredibly high in calories and they very much lack the ability to handle food allergies. The games were enjoyable.

This is the best D&B I've ever been too. Yes it's new but the layout is great. Lots of space inside, big bar area and a patio with TVs that's really nice.

Worst Dave and busters i have ever been to. Sat at bar 15 minutes before being greeted. Then was told that in order to take advantage of my app promotion i had to purchase at a card at the front door. I stood for another 15 minutes, went back to the bar to request a rep and then waited another 6 minutes for someone. At 27 minutes no one had come. I went back to the bar, got a manager who told me the purchase had to be completed through the app. When i entered my credit card info the app have me an error, after trying and verifying my card info 6 times, the manager offered to process my payment at the bar. Using the EXACT SAME CARD the payment processed, now 1 hr until close. The ring toss game took my credits twice and never spit out rings but at this point i ddnt want the manager to think i was just complaining to get money/credits so i just ate it. The most atrocious experience I've ever had at a dave and busters. Waterfront location from now on. Oh and they tried to upcharge me for easy mac sent it right back.

The service was worse than the mech in fortnite and the food was wrong and tasted terrible not recomended

Slow service, food was just ok. No respect for military patrons. We went on a Monday afternoon and the hostess that greeted us suggested that we do the eat and play combos. We told her we had a couple of military IDs and she told us that the military discount also applied to the eat and play. Well we were told wrong, and they did not offer toake it right and any way. On top of that, the bread for the sliders was very dry, and the soup I ordered was apparently frozen, so they didn't bring it out until after I had already finished the entree. Tables sat forever without beit bussed. Just not the Dave and Buster's experience I have been used to.

Way better than the Pittsburgh location. The Pittsburgh location always has filthy/smelly bathrooms and extremely slow service. None of the same issues exist at this location. It is a bit smaller so the game selection isn't as big, but the pros heavily outweigh that con.
