Dave & Buster's, Philadelphia PA

Today my family of 12 went to Dave and busters to celebrate my sister in laws birthday. Our wait was 30 minutes but bad. They were unable to sit us all together we weren't happy but we sat. We were told we had to order from our phones and could only use 2 phones to order. The app would not work. We tried for 20 mins to order 12 meals. After many attempts we asked to speak with a manager to explain the app was freezing and we couldn't use it. The manager stated he couldn't do anything about the app but working. The menu is very very limited. We decided to leave as we left the host were clapping. I will never go back.

Got to the restaurant and tables were not even wiped from last night. Then we are informed menus and ordering are on phones. Ordering was a hassle.and once we entered everything, we were told that in additional to all of the items "out of stock" on the menu, there are no fries to go with our order so they are substituting tater tots.uuuuhhhhh no.we do not like or want tater tots. Tried to change the order, which apparently is a hassle even for the server. We have never been to Dave and Buster's before but I can say we will not return due to poor management and poor, slow service. Get back to old school menus and personal service Dave and Buster's. This is ridiculous.

WORST DAVE & BUSTElES I have ever been too! My two friends and I were seated at the bar last night at 7: 45pm. We order a water, two cokes, and some wings. We didn't get our wings until 8: 30pm and we never received our drinks that we paid for! I spoke with a manager who could care less and did nothing about it. After we ate our wings we just left because we were so frustrated about the situation. We paid for overpriced food and the service was terrible! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE PEOPLE, OVERPRICED FOOD! NOT EVER WORTH ONE STAR!

Very pleasant very fun nd the staff r mavelous. I didn't wanna leave but my friend is a party pooper

It was a great night, food menu was minimum, but a lot of new games and the atmosphere was electric, go have fun its worth it

This is a fun place and great for overall family fun. I had a particularly bad experience with the wait staff and waited forever for my food and beverage order. Granted that it's not a big deal, and food exactly isn't the star in this establishment and there are many fun things to do. I feel that a chain organization with so many locations can take sometime in training better wait staff.

I feel like the atmosphere was amazing. Great service by the waiting staff. The lines for my favorite games were surprisingly shirty even with it being Saturday night. And my friends and I enjoyed a wonderful night out overall

Had a lot of food in the restraunt for a reasonable price. Parking is sketchy but the view is nice for photography. The arcade smells strong of weed which was fun. The arcade isn't great or anything, there's like two games anybody above 15 would enjoy. Sort of a glorified Chuck E Cheese's.

Brought my autistic there and he isn't a fan of loud noise and crowds and he just loved it there and he loved the games, food and definitely his prizes. He is definitely coming back very soon

My girlfriend and I were on our first date together. I took her out to eat and we were looking for what to do next. First we talked about going to Parx Casino, but somehow wound up at Dave and Buster's. We had alot of fun and it was really great. As a matter of fact, it was the best first date that I've ever had and we are still together a year later.and still go to Dave and Buster's as often as we can. It's where we had our first kiss.

Waitress got my wife's order wrong. I hate it when they don't write it down because they think they can remember. They remade the order and when the check came they charged us twice. We got out of there before they could screw something else up.

We had a great time! I love that you get a credit toward food/drink when you pay to park in the garage. The food amazing! So delicious, I'm still thinking about it days later! The games were really fun. My only complaint was that we had to try the play cards numerous times in the game machines before they would accept them.

Food overcooked a lot of the games didn't work or seemed to be unfair it was extremely hot in the building overpriced

Service was VERY slow in the dining area in the back with the games, not to the fault of the waittress. Seemed very understaffed

Great place for family fun. Lots of monitors to watch sports games. The food was good. The only problem was the power cards for the games wouldn't work half of the time.

Lots of fun! Wish they had Groupons again, they are kinda pricey, would be able to go more if it was a little more affordable

When you wait over 30 minutes after ordering for food, then appetizers and entrees all come out at once, AND half the food is cold (not just cool but COLD), I think one star is a bit much.

The atmosphere is lively with several sections for parties, events, dining and playing pool; all while overlooking the water. In the back are great interactive games for all ages.

Purchased special coins at a diff rate to use the VR.come to find out they only had 1 VR game & it wasn't on.alledgedly VR requires a staff & is turned off before 9pm (at least that night). Customers should be made aware of things like this that require a separate token purchase so they don't lose money or become upset. Bad part is we spoke to 2 workers that night before making a decision to purchase VR packs & was told it was available.
