Technician was very nice and professional. He new what he was doing and was finished very quickly.

Called this random 24/7 locksmith # when local locksmith didn't answer. They asked my zip code & said someone would call in 5 minutes. Call back came in 4 minutes. It was Christmas day. The temp outside was 12 degrees and elderly neighbor had locked herself out of her house. They arrived in 15 minutes and after another 10 minutes, had the door open.without having to replace the lock. SO grateful for the speedy and professional service.

They came out quickly on a Sunday afternoon when we got locked out of our house! Very professional and prompt response.

I had two home keys, which I lost somewhere. I immediately called an emergency locksmith and told them about my problem. They showed up for 15 minutes and opened the doors. They also provided me with a spare key and will give me another one next week.

The first time calling them was a breeze. The man they sent was Amazing! However, not even two months later our key didn't want to start our car. It was like it needed to be reprogrammed AGAIN. We called them told them everything they said the tech would be out when he was done a job. But we have to pay a service fee. Fine no problem. 3+ hrs later I call & the man that answered was the rudest person I've ever dealt with over the phone. Not only did he hangup on me twice, he got very irritated huffed and puffed and told me I never called 3hrs ago & I never spoken with anyone. Almost 6 hours later and I'm still waiting, spoke to a lady who said the tech was still on a job. This is Bs! Do Not call them or waste your money!

This is truly the best of the best. Five-star service. I received a quotation within two to three hours. After I accepted that, they changed the lock, and we were done.
