I always have an effective, courteous experience when I take my Jeep in for service.

EDIT: My car went back in for service because the original problem didn't get fixed as promised. They've had my car for over 3 weeks now and the communication and service has been terrible. I never thought this would happen as I have taken my car here for years. Very disappointing.

Due to Chrysler’s tow service, my truck ended up here. Not pleasant. Moved it elsewhere the next day.

My service rep never called to tell me an ETA despite promising she would do so

Service rep also said she would contact Insurance to determine payment and had 24 hours to do so and never followed through.

Probably would not return from that experience

Davis Chrysler took care of me. Jeep Wrangler had 36.6k miles on it and they got me the batteries on warranty. Definitely takes care of their customers!

I went in search of a 2021 jeep cherokee limited x and had the best salesman. I spent hours and finally chose 1. While walking across the Sales floor I spotted a 2021 Ram 1500 classic warlock and fell in love. Bought it without driving it first. 4 months later I still love my truck. Ed was the absolute best salesman I've ever dealt with. The finance department was incredible! In under 1 hour I was on my way home in my Ram. Best experience ever had and price was excellent.

The team did a good job diagnosing and fixing the water pump in my car. They offered a nice service of coming to pick up the car and the repair was done fairly quickly.

They have such great customer service from the moment you walk in the door. Kenny Gray, my representative, got me a great deal and a car I love. My husband and I only get our vehicles at David Dodge and Kenny is always in sync with our needs and always delivers.

This 2019 Chrysler Pacifica will be the 4th Minivan class vehicle we have purchased. After experience with so many minivans, we knew exactly what options and features we wanted, and which we did not need. And we definitely didn’t want for things we did not want. After talking to the sales consultant for a little bit, it became obvious that what we wanted was not in stock. True to David’s tagline, we were able to order the exact, I MEAN EXACT, Pacifica we wanted. Everything we wanted, nothing we didn’t. This was the only Chrysler dealership we had visited, and we visited a total of 5, that was willing to do this for us. None of the other dealerships even mentioned it, or discouraged it.
The delivery and finance process was smooth on the dealership side; all the hiccups were completely on our end. We even got to meet the man himself, David, in the flesh.
After everything was said and done, David was absolutely right; He’s always been our Chrysler dealer, we just didn’t know it.

Great till you leave their lot. Was promised three free oil changes and now that we are ready for first oil change no one ever remembers promising us that. Called and left message for John Krieger and no response. Was told Sales Manager would call, no response. Poor customer service!

Visited 5 Jeep dealers in the Del. Valley and David Jeep was the winner. Most inventory on hand and most willing to try and find what I was looking for. While other dealers were saying "this is all we've got your best bet is to order online and wait 3-4 months", Kenny at David Jeep looked through the inventory of what was pending to come in from the plants. 2 days after stopping in he found the exact Grand Cherokee L I was looking for. 1 week later it arrived. Buying experience was as good as you can expect and closing the purchase out was a lot more efficient than many other dealers I have experienced. Will be my first stop next time.

Great service except when I got in my car, the tire pressure symbol was on after my paperwork showed they “set my tire pressure. ” I would have thought the service tech who brought out my vehicle would have noticed the symbol, then said something to me and corrected it, but he didn’t.

Very disappointing experience! Starting off with the issue, I dropped by to fix my headlights and I mentioned that there is an issue with my headlight assembly. Knowing the issue the service dept asked me to do the inspection and I agreed because I was unaware that I will not be given a sticker until I fix the headlight. The headlight assembly quotation they provided was 2500$ Which was too high and luckily I already got a quotation before hand from another dodge service Centre for 1500$. I told them that I don’t want to fix the headlight with them and that’s when they revealed that I will get the sticker only after I get the headlight fixed. They asked me to come back once I fix my lights to get the sticker. I returned back after a month and that’s when I got to know that there is a grace period for that inspection else I needed to re inspect. They also mentioned I can walk in and I do not need an appointment. And when I return back they ask me to get an appointment. I live far away and this was a complete waste of time and money. Very disappointed.
