I had a great experience buying my husband a used car here. I was greeted in the parking lot by one of the sales staff, Rich Goodenow, and within minutes was behind the wheel of the RAV4 I had come to see. Rich was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me to make the deal that allowed me to surprise my husband with a new (used) car. During the time I spent at the dealership, I was introduced to both of the store managers as well as the finance person and a few others who happened to pass by. I was made to feel very welcome and left feeling that all my needs had been met. I would highly recommend Rich and the dealership. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get this car and, based on this experience, would gladly do it again!
