The associates and tailors are courteous and professional. They were timely and worked quickly during my appointment. I had a great experience.

Darlene is fabulous as are all the staff! My daughter had some alterations done and I live in Arizona and couldn't be there. Darlene was so kind as reported by my daughter. I called the store to thank her and she was so very thoughtful. My daughter's dress is just beautiful and the extra kindness was most appreciated!

Chloe was awesome! She helped my bridesmaids and I today picking out dresses. She was very knowledgeable, kind and sweet!

Let me just say that Darlene G.is amazing! My wedding was postponed a year due to Covid. My dress fit perfectly when I bought it- I then was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, had my thyroid removed and gained a bit of weight. I went in tearful, Darlene reassured me that she could help. Help is putting it mildly! She worked wonders and made my dress perfect! All the staff were so caring and empathetic. I highly recommend the Monroeville PA location!

Worst experience ever. Could not even look at a dress without someone hovering over us. Got yelled at for touching a dress. Will not ever return.

I purchased a Vera Wang bridal gown online at David Bridal and went to the Monroeville store for alterations. I was assigned a seamstress named Darlene, who has a wonderful uplifting personality and was very professional, she added the perfect touch to my gown as I asked and now my Bridal gown is perfect for me.well worth every extra dime! To be honest, I was not expecting anything. I went in to see if I could figure out what style I might like. I was so nervous and had not a clue about what I wanted to try on. Victoria Matthews, my consultant, was so fun and amazing. She listened to me and my two matrons of honor and found the PERFECT dress. I didn't want to take it off and my first thought to call and tell my fiancé about the dress. The dress is absolute everything I didn't know I want but I have it now. I was glowing and I wish I could move up my wedding just to wear the dress sooner. Victoria so understanding and she could not have a better dress for me.

The dresses didn't quite fit my style but service was beautiful. Katrina (I think:/), was extremely helpful and kind.

Absolutely had the greatest experience with Laura and got my wedding dress. So in love with it. She did an excellent job helping me find my dress.

The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I had such a terrible experience at a different store and I was not looking forward to shopping for my wedding gown. Boy, did they make up for it. They are ALL so sweet and helpful. They went above and beyond. I literally tried on 2 dresses and the 2nd one was the winner. Their gowns are so affordable and beautiful. Between that and their expert level customer service, you would be a fool not to shop here.

Just picked up my dress and darlene did a spectacular job with alterations. She is just the sweetest and makes you feel so comfortable. So glad I had the pleasure of working with her.

Victoria was very helpful and my sister got her dress that she dreamed about. She even put up with and laughed at our silliness.

Made an appointment to get a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I am in. I just got engaged on the 16th and found some wedding dresses that I liked. Asked if while I was there I could try them on since I knew which ones. Dwayne made it so easy, got the bridesmaid dress ordered, and started trying on the couple dresses. I found my dress and I couldn’t be more excited!

Dwayne was such a fantastic associate He went over and above helping us find the perfect dress. And we DID! Also lila was wonderful at the register. FANTASTIC PLACE
