David's Vacuums - Exton

Took our Kirby G4 in yesterday because suction was low through the hose. The technician checked out the machine and determined that there was a clog in the hose. He cleared the clog and checked to make sure the suction was back to normal before sending away a very satisfied customer (all at no charge). Excellent customer service!

I had bought my first Oreck upright vac in July of 2004. It served me so well: very light weight, hepa filter bags, quiet. Sadly it didn’t turn on yesterday. Not even considering another brand, I bought an Everywhere cordless David vac the very next day. Now that I’m in my 70’s, a cordless vac prevents me from tripping on a cord, which was happening. My daughter had bought a Riccar cordless upright last year and loves it. Great friendly and knowledgeable service given by Siddhesh Shah and Dante. Very happy with my purchase and the three year service warranty, as well!

I have a Shark vacuum and it stopped working today. I called David's Vacuums in Exton to see if he could service it (I unfortunately did not get his name). He said to bring it in and he could take a look at it but did not have parts if needed. Said if I came in now he had time to look. Ran it in and he started his inspection. Turns out there was a hair tie stuck in the tube. Got it out, tested the vacuum and sent us on our way! Totally recommend this store! Will go there to buy my next vacuum too!

I own the Oreck Vaccum stores in Cherry Hill and Turnersville NJ. Not a week goes by that a customer calls or visits our stores upset that this store refuses to do warranty and service work on their Oreck vaccum that was purchased here. Why they continue to lie to customers I will never understand. Oreck is 100% still in business and all warranty work is valid and can be performed. Oreck are still made in Cookville TN and parts are available to fix them. Feel free to reach out to us for help if this location will not help you.
