Thanks Jim and Chuck for your great assistance. They serviced my Riccar in a timely manner and even polished it up. I also had a warranty issue with my stick vacuum and it was taken care of in no time. Really helps we have great service in the Greensburg area.

If you have a Dyson do not go here. The first thing out of the employees mouth when I walked in the door was how much he hates working on Dyson’s that they are nothing but trash. Told me the cost to just look at it with no guarantee it can be fixed. His words was that it was most likely the “ circuit board” was fried. Asked how long I had it and how much I paid for it. Then continued to say I got my moneys worth and he would give me $100 in store credit to dispose of it for me. Knowing that I had one of the originals and it was indeed not “ trash” I drove the 45 minutes to my normal repair person. Come to find out that they do NOT have circuit boards in them and it was just a jammed pen. He also confirmed that I had the best model of a Dyson to never get rid of it. After this experience I would never recommend David’s to anyone especially if they had a Dyson. They lied to me and were just looking to flip it to make a quick buck.

I wanted acknowledge the outstanding above and beyond service provided to me by Michael’s Trovato currently temporarily assigned to work at David’s in Greensburg as well as Robin at David’s on McKnight rd. Dropped my sweeper off at the Monroeville store on 11/18/22 to replace a cord. As of 11/26 no word from Monroeville re repair status. Called Monroeville multiple times with no answer or option to leave a message on 11/26/22. I then called the McKnight Road store and explained the situation to Robin who informed me the the Monroeville store was closed due to lack of staffing. He took my name and number and promised to get back to me. He then contacted Mike Trovato in Greensburg (who apparently usually works in Monroeville). He called me back after hours on 11/26/22 and gave me Mikes number in Greensburg. I spoke with Mike who offered to drive from Greensburg to Monroeville after he finished work (7: 00pm) at Greensburg so that I could pick up my sweeper. I met Mike in Monroeville at 8: 30 pm and successfully retrieved my sweeper. Mike was as gracious as could possibly be. Both Mike and Robin provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They were absolutely great and went way above and beyond the call of duty (especially since each of the David’s stores are independent of one another). They are to be commended and if I were in a position to do so I would give them formal recognition and a bonus. Because of their service I will continue to use David’s vacuums.
