4 I would absolutely recommend David’s if you are seeking Professionalism, Excellent Customer Care & NO Pressure Service. I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole/Sales Team, whom simplified my bissell carpet cleaner return. In addition I inquired about the large variety of new products on display, in which after sharing some personal concerns (example- my bad back/weight of machines), she took the time to introduce me to the best suited units with a clear explanation of how they would benefit me. I appreciate my visit today & look forward to returning.

Had an issue with a Bissel Carpet Cleaner I bought with a 5 year warranty. They were able to get the warranty replacement for me within about a week. Very friendly people.
