The doctor was very personable and professional and made me feel totally at ease. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Walked in without an appointment as a new client due to having metal in my eye around 4: 30pm. They didn’t even hesitate to assist me. Cassie VanEtten was phenomenal in removing the small piece of metal from my eye. The staff there is amazing! Quick and friendly. They were great with all the customers in there and great with my 2 young children that were with me. This place will be my new eye doctor for life. Highly recommended!

The Staff in this place are amazing and helpful which they have a very good selection of eye glasses which was comfortable and durable than the one I used to wear that is from my previous optician I haven't been to for a long time ago

Horrible place, waited 2 weeks for glasses with just horrible communication. These glasses were for my daughter. Went to go get glasses with the understanding they would keep the glasses and refund the money and they all of a sudden cant help or refund the glasses. Just complete lack of honesty with the staff. Will never use them again, save your time and money and go to lens crafters, they were very helpful, honest, and trustworthy. My daughter had an issue with the glasses and they fixed it right on the spot the next day.

Once again the professionalism and thoroughness of Dr. Hess is the hallmark of this very fine eye care practice. Highly recommended

Took my 3 year olds there today and my kids actually loved it! Doctor P was amazing with them and they had all kid friendly equipment. Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly.

Everyone there is really nice. All questions are answered. The office is very nice and clean. Not a very big selection of glasses but a good selection. I do not have vision insurance and they worked with me so I wouldn't go broke! Great place!

Da Vinci Eye Care is the best eye care office in the area. The Doctors and staff are the most helpful and friendly. They really show that they care about your eye health and are very informative about the products that they offer. I highly recommend visiting their office, you will not be disappointed.
