I recently bought a pre-owned MDX from Davis Acura and had a fantastic experience in June-2021.
Michael on the sales team and his manager Ron both went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase.
Becky, the Finance manager was awesome and got me a very good protection package as well.
All in all - I feel extremely satisfied and this was quite unlike any prior car buying experience I have had.

The atmosphere of this car dealership is so down to earth. It's an experience I've never had in purchasing any of my vehicles. Initially I went in to sale my vehicle and was working with John. He was able to find a vehicle that would fit within my monthly payment range/budget. He then introduced me to Tony who assisted with me viewing vehicles and taking me through the buying process. Tony exhibits what a salesman should be, honest, informative, and as down to earth as they come. Thank you Tony and John for exceeding my expectations and not being aggressive salesmen!

I can't recommend Davis Acura enough. I had just sold my car and was needing a new one. A test drive was set up after work on a Friday. As soon as I pulled up, Tony S.was literally at the door waiting for me with the car I was going to test drive already pulled right out front. After the test drive I was ready to pull the trigger. From start to finish Tony was incredibly understanding, relatable and transparent. I never once felt obligated to purchase anything extra, and I never once felt pressured. Every single step of the way he kept me incredibly informed on what the process was and it truly felt like he was looking out for my best interest. Throughout the entire process he made sure that I was comfortable with everything I was looking at and signing. It never felt once like he was trying to push the sale. Tony is incredibly professional and I can't recommend his service enough!

I did not have good experience. I went to the dealer after I saw 2017 TLX ad at carguru.com. Davis acura advertises price assuming you making down payment, which you have to read under sellers note fine prints. Which is misleading in my opinion. Its because the price advertised in bold print attract people and when you go at the dealer and its different. So be carefull and read the fine print and sellers note. I would not recommend, because I feel its misleading. Why would you as an institutions will assume people will put down payment or trade in old car? Bold price that you advertised should not include that.the price you advertise should be the price of the car when you walk in, period.

I recently purchased 2013 BMW used car from Davis Acura. They were friendly and attentive to all my requests and extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in. The car was serviced and inspected and clean. The Crew John and Tim on the certified preowned lot were wonderful. No high pressure sales pitch just good honest conversation like I was part of the family. I was in and out and driving my new purchase in 3 hours. No room to hagle, haggle, they treat you good then like garbage at the main building. The guy called weeks later wanting to deal. The certified lot had better customer service and professionalism. I would have purchased a vehicle from the certified lot if I didn't go else where.

I had a few minor issues with my car after purchase and the upper level management was quick to make it right.

I went to go car shopping for my soon to be licensed teenager. Tim Eberhardt (think I spelt that right) took the time to go over the most reliable and safest cars.of course she wanted the cutest color and sportiest car so he went through to find everything we were looking for.he was overbearing (I hate that lol). If you need a car check him out you won’t be dispointed

The service tech Chris I dealt with was very honest and fair. I appreciated the fact that he didn’t try to oversell me on too much and rip me off. I’ll be back!
