2 months and everyone at Davis Realty professional and courteous, given incorrect address on lease which caused many, many hours of headache for change of address and wasted $50 for change of address cards and labels.response was "oh well"

We have had an excellent experience with Patty Davis and Davis Real Estate. They have placed excellent tenants. They have been extremely responsive to us and have worked with us to solve problems that have come up with our rental property. The peace of mind we have from using them manage our property far exceeds the cost of their services. Highly recommend.

Good communication reminders and scheduling repairman visit for appliances. But charges just to visit the apartment for needed items costs too much.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Such ridiculous fees everywhere. $30 fee to have someone come look at your AC unit. My old roommates and I were told we had a minor leak in our building. The next thing we know we have a bunch of people knocking on our door saying they need to renovate our bathroom. No warning whatsoever. They ripped out our wall and the ceiling tiles and let the fiber glass fall over our entire bathroom. Then they didn't come back for WEEKS. They only came back after we complained multiple times. The dryer in the laundry room was also broken, and left your clothes wet. Out of our $900 security deposit we got back $60. I know a couple of our walls were banged up. But this was ridiculous. Would never rent from them again. Horrible company overall.

My daughter has rented from Davis for 8 years at three different locations and the service she has had has been exceptional. I am a co-signer on the lease but Ms. Davis staff always treats me like a valued customer. I would highly recommend this company.

Maintenance requests take FOREVER to be fixed - my ceiling poured water whenever it rained for two months after I moved in before they finally fixed the roof. There was already a giant water stain on the ceiling there when I moved in so I assume it had been leaking for months prior as well. I told them my tub had cracked, they got an estimate to replace it since the repairman said it couldn't be fixed but never actually replaced it.just slapped some tape on and called it good. They clearly didn't care when they were repainting it either, there were drops of paint all over the floor and bathroom cabinets. I don't know if it was just the person I kept talking to, but they had very poor listening skills and I had to repeat questions two or three times before they'd actually answer the question I asked instead of some random other thing.

Overall I get the impression that they just don't care about anything but getting paid and skimping on services to save money.

Tried to buy multiple properties from them and they never came for showings and also never notified tenants we were coming to look at the places. Poor communication and very unprofessional.

We have been renting with Davis since 2016 and it has been a pretty good experience overall.

Patty Davis is very responsive in emergency situations, and the maintenance team has always been great.

Davis Real Estate has always done a pretty good job at getting the relevant tradesman in to do necessary work (plumbing, electrical, etc).

Have been paying rent for 3 months. They still haven’t updated my code to enter my apartment. I drove 3 hours to move in and can’t move in.

Haven’t really had any problems with them only been with them since the last realtors that were tending the building!

I do not recommend Davis Real Estate to anyone. My fiancé and I rented for 2 years from them. After trying to contact them before our new lease started to see if we could change the length they never returned our phone call. We paid our last water/sewer bill and they still took that out of our security deposit. We also called to see if showings could wait until after we moved out since we would be moved out 2 weeks before our lease was up and no one ever called us back for that either. We have also heard other people's experiences and this company is just awful with how they treat their tenants. Would give zero stars if it was possible.

I am a long-term tenant of Davis Realty and have been generally pleased with the property care, communication, and personal care when I contact them directly. The tenant portal online is a convenient way to pay bills and request maintenance.

Overall a decent place to live but their network to request maintenance online needs work, you need to follow up with a phone call to make sure it is scheduled. This years snow/ice removal was abysmal, they need to follow up to make sure the work was actually done.

Very accommodating and was very prompt anytime anything was called into maintenance. Overall very good experience

Idk what to say really but overall I'm satisfied.or so I was until they never bothered to put a mailbox on my side of the building. All my mail was being returned without me noticing until my insurance company called me because of it. They said I was harassing them when I was only calling due to issues and asking why they were charging for things they never even mentioned we couldn't use instead of leaving a warning first. My garbage bin being claimed by patty or whatever her name is, when it was mine not my neighbor's. To this day my gas is being shared with part of the building my family doesn't even use nor was in the contract. They're a joke and won't be renting with them again once the lease is over. I could sue for defamation tbh but they're not worth the time.

Boyd is one of the most hard working and honest realtors out there
