Dawn Kummere was truly exceptional. Our friend referred her to us. The amount of effort and time Dawn put into selling our condo is unbelievable. Dawn went above and beyond and truly made us feel like We had a confidant/partner throughout. Even a few hours before the closing process, Dawn found a error in final money calculated and got us more than two hundred dollars back. We don’t think we could have sold our condo without her.

As first time home buyers, we had a ton of questions, and Dawn was always easy to get ahold of and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were informed and comfortable each step of the way.
