'K' and several other employees hold this establishment up high on the bar in 2 star hotels! The walk-in was awesome for me, as I've never been in a hotel that had two curved stair cases on each side to a second terrace! The customer service was exceptional! On top of that plus, for me being a trucker they also assist us with wondering the check out *especially if your truck is in the shop and you feel you may need to have another day in the hotel. The breakfast wasn't the best I expected such as, eggs and sausage or bacon or waffles, still there are selections to pick out to eat. Yogurts, cereal bars, fresh fruits, 24/7 coffee, and a morning snack like pop tarts! My room was elegant, and I had no problem except watch out be ready for the AC unit lol. The coils allow the temp mark to reach but when it gets to that level the unit will automatically add in cold for about 5 minutes then after that heat will automatically come back in! Older facility but great rates, hard working staff. The hotel is VERY spread out - had to drive around too front lobby and breakfast, but was a VERY good breakfast which was included with the hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel and immediately was appreciative of the American colors. We support local businesses and people who enterprise! When we walked in, the smell of cleanliness assured me that we chose the correct hotel. We loved our room, and the front-desk staff were very helpful when we needed some extra items for our stay. We will be back, for sure!

Phone number provided on the confirmation paperwork did not work. Googled a phone number for the hotel and line 1 was for reservations and line 2 was for the front desk. When you chose line 2 your call would be dropped. When someone finally came to the front desks they never cared we waited 20 minutes to check in and when I informed them of the phone issues they just said "ok! ".
3AM they were mopping the hallways, it was nice to know they were cleaning, however a mop bucket rolling across tile in the middle of the night is not a joy to listen to.
Rooms were not clean. The bathroom needs a good cleaning. I couldn't walk bear foot due to fear of contracting something and the same goes for the showers.

Did not like at all the water from bathroom faucet came out this color none of the outside door locked any one can walk in corrosion as you see all on faucet I was placed in the back were the outside door has no lock on it

I left immediately after checking in to the room. The room was disgusting. The air/ heat did not work at all. The unit was covered in cobwebs. The floor was not even vacuumed. The bathroom was moldy and smelled horrible. The walls were so sticky. I walked by the lave and brushed up against the wall and immediately my clothes were sticky. The only thing good was the location but we didn’t even stay. We told them no and we were not using their hotel. We booked elsewhere. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

This is the first time in my life that I have been to a hotel where the water in the bathtub and washbasin did not drain. I wanted to report it to the police, but. I held back. Very horrible experience spending a day with mold. Please fix it.

Do not stay here! The guy that checked us in double charged us 2 rooms! And they won't give our money back! Dumpy place!

The location is perfect. It says it includes breakfast but they only offer you coffee and some cereal and apple bars.

Room floors were pretty disgusting. Rust and corrosion on the faucet. Tubs had some yellowing. Tub faucet didn’t stop dripping. Lobby is deceptively nice and clean. Does not speak for the rooms in the rest of the hotel. Moved from one room because of how dirty it was and the other room was maybe a little bit cleaner

It's bad, y'all. I don't have any problem with bare minimum. I don't mind dated buildings - I love seeing them fixed up and used, instead of going to waste. You can do bare minimum, and dated, and still be clean.

But this is not that.

Mildew in all the grout and on all the handles/ faucets. Mystery brown splatter on the tub, right by the toilet. The floor wasn't clean. There were clumps of dust/ hair hanging on the furniture and lamps. The plug in the shower didn't work, and someone else's hair came up and was floating around by my feet. The building I was in wasn't locked to the public, and the hall was filthy.

Spend a little more. Trust me.

Im in PA for work, everything was top notch, the staff are helpful and very nice, rooms are clean and updated.overall i was impressed.

My husband is in Hamot Hospital since Sunday September 24th. I will not name any motels but I stayed in 3 different motels until Wednesday and I tried Days Inn. I am kicking myself for not going there first. The owner checked me in and was very nice. I explained to him where I had stayed and my experiences from Sunday to Wednesday. I was afraid to go in the room even though he reasured me I was not going to find any bugs, rodants or criminals. I had to admit the room was clean and smelled good, the sheets didn't have someone else's hair on them and looked very clean, the bathroom door closed, the tub drains as it should and I felt safe going in and out of the motel. I will be back. Thank you kind sir

If the hotel was clean. It would be okay.we had to clean sticky stuff and years if dirt off the floor.wouldn't stay again.
