Beautiful quiet room. Thoughtfully equipped with a choice of different density pillows, luxurious feeling sparkling clean bed linens, responsive room environment control unit that functioned flawlessly and was easy to operate. (The bathroom entry could use a different door design to allow for better space.) Bathroom was clean & the shower head made a dream shower for a weary traveler. Staff was friendly, courteous & professional. Lots of smiles! A thoroughly stress free visit that this hotel provided was really appreciated by me. I walked out smiling after my stay.

Fraud, Jason at front desk is ripping people off. I showed up with prepaid reservation, he makes up lie that they are full (I'm sure he took cash for the rooms), refuses to look up my reservation. Next day the manager, in cohoots with Jason, says they had 21 empty rooms and calls me a no show! Criminal place, the automatic door had a buzzer to get in, that lets you know they are used to ripping off customers and getting in conflict and calling police. Overall, criminal place, the locals should shut it down, reflects badly on the area.

Very good location. Good price. Markets, gas station, restaurants are very close from hotel. Located Right next to freeway. Front ladies, a man, and house keeper were very kind and friendly.

This place is ridiculous! I went fir my first day of work and was told by the GENERAL manager that there were no openings and he’s already fully staffed. I later emailed the person who hired me and was told that the general manager felt my attire wasn’t business causal and was fired! I followed the attire that i was told to wear which was business casual and that black sneakers were allowed. I wasted time, money and my energy coming here at 10 in the morning.

This place is ran by very (very!) cheap people and every little detail in the room is showing it. Even for a budget hotel some of things are embarrassing to offer to people.

Also, my wifi never connected and their breakfast is basically non-existent.

I'm more in the habit of writing positive reviews. However, our experience on August 14-15,2021 was so unpleasant and incredible, I need to warn others contemplating staying here. We booked our hotel through Booking.com. After finishing a show (at the Berks Jazz Fest), we showed up near midnight to sign in to the room we already paid for. There was a sign on the door that stated they were completely booked. We spoke with Paul at the front desk, who was rather flustered (which I could understand). He told us that these 3rd party vendors over-book often. However, he was able to 'find a room manually' for us. We had to pay again, and was told our Booking.com reservation (booking) was canceled. As it was late, we were happy to go to the room with "a king bed". Well, no king bed was there, but even a double would give us a place to get some rest. The carpeting was rather thread bear, but it appeared clean with towels. I couldn't get to sleep quickly, which was a good thing, as someone put in a key and attempted to enter our room (maybe around or after 1am). I yelled, and my husband spoke up and ran to the door, which fortunately had the safety bar across, which blocked the person entering. My husband noticed that person who tried to enter had luggage on wheels. The next morning, my husband spoke to someone at the front desk about the experience and asked for a copy of his credit card receipt. Their computer showed the room not occupied. They didn't show payment in their system either. However, there was the paper he signed. He asked for it, and they gave it to him, stating they throw them away anyways. Didn't get much sleep at this Days (Daze) Inn. Hope the management read this and makes steps to correct their procedures.

Ants, and roaches, and the carpet is sticky as it is stinky. You can smell the odor entering the room. The bathroom floor sweats, which makes it sticky and the shower is disgusting. I would never stay here again, nor would I reccomend anyone to stay.staff is nice though.

No one was at the front desk when we went to check in or out. The hotel smells musty. 2 Doubles were full size beds, not queen beds.

There was no light cover in the bathroom. You could see wires and cobwebs in the ceiling. Breakfast was a grab and go. We didn't bother.

Hey there, my other half and I booked the Day’s Inn in Reading Pennsylvania for 2 nights on July 3rd-5th. We arrived July 3rd and got somehow my intuition was telling me something is up. I got a shady feeling. We opened the room to our door and a terrible musky odor hit us pretty badly. Secondly, I found two small newly hatched roaches in the sink of which I eliminated them rather quickly. I tried to think better and said to myself maybe this was simply as isolated situation. In the evening when we returned after having dropped off our belongings earlier, upon closer inspection, found several small baby roaches crawling away from the refrigerator. I found several alive and dead roaches as well as long the carpeted ground wall perimeter. I also found one large bedbug which caused us to pack up and head out around midnight. We collected everything and notified the front desk. I had taken photographs of my findings and picked up the bugs with tweezers, placed them on a white clean towel and presented them to the manager downstairs. I demanded a refund and called priceline. The staff was very supportive, understanding and apologetic.
Note to Days Inn: Days Inn must do better to help keep their establishment clean and bug free especially bed bug free. Please consider staying elsewhere. You can risk bringing any of the bugs home as they can hitch a ride in your luggage and risk having an unfortunate infestation which is very expensive to remedy. Always keep your luggage closed and inspect upon arriving before beginning to settle down for the evening. We left at midnight and drove for 30minutes to a Comfort Inn which was thankfully clean and bug free. Never had I encountered such a nightmare. I will consider reporting this to Pennsylvania DOH. No hotel should have any roaches or bed bugs.

Do not stay here! Hotel is wildly mismanaged. Rooms are dirty and many appliances broken and missing. Didn't even have light bulbs in our room! Nothing was fixed. Staff came in to take towels, never made the bed or took out the trash. Never replaced the towels, we had to go back down and ask for them from the desk.
Avoid at all costs!

I would give a ZERO if able to! We rented a room on our trip to PA. When we arrived asked for our room we went there and found roaches coming out of the toilet! We picked up and went to front desk. There were not surprised. Yet a lady said " give the a first floor room, it will eliminate that problem" excuse me that room was in first floor! Second room was given to us, we went up there and that room had roaches clearly visible in the tub! I'm obviously never going there again! Completely disgusting! How are they still in business! We had to sleep in our car that night b/c it was too late from our trip! Completely disappointed!

It was all as it was explained while booking. As pandemic is still on, they don't offer breakfast as they used to do earlier. But they haven't put up a message some where that for breakfast, you need to collect it from the front desk. We had to enquire about it.
