Tai always does a great job doing my pedicure she's the BOMB! Amy does my nails and all the special designs I travel a good distance to go here to me it's worth it.

I’ve been here before but when I called last the person on the phone just seemed super impatient and like I was bothering her when I was trying to work around THEIR SCHEDULE! Made me feel like they couldn’t care less if they made another appointment that day or not. It’s ok I found what I needed elsewhere. Please be pleasant on the phone. You guys were top choice on my list and I’d been calling for days prior to make an appt prior this last experience. You’ve made it to top 5 salons for me not to go to when it comes to customer service smh.

This place is filthy dirty and they do not take you when your appointment is. They made me wait and my friend had her pedi done and I never got taken.

I feel like this place has A LOT of potential, I even gave it a second shot because I was pleased with my pedicure, but I couldn’t help but feel like I was going to catch a fungus the whole time. I watched the tech take my toe separater and throw it back in her draw for the next client. I can only assume nothing she used on me was sanitized.besides everything feeling dirty, the techs do have potential. I feel like the owner needs to take these concerns into consideration before someone catches a nasty infection.

BEWARE. I will NEVER go here again! I had a HORRIBLE experience at this Dazzling Nails! I wish i could give this place less than 1 star but that's the only option. They are very unprofessional and rude. After waiting for over an hour to get a pedicure i was put in the chair and my feet in water for 20 minutes, then someone walks in and demands to take my spot because they had an appointment. Instead of telling the client they were running late, they took my feet out of the water and told me I had to wait. They gave me my shoes and told me to come back. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism in my life! Not to mention they did NOT disinfectant the tub between clients. They are rude and disgusting! BEWARE

Michele is very rude. Had an appointment and after an hour still not one service provided. She got mad because I'm aggravated. I'll spend my money where it is appreciated. Its disrespectful to your customers to wait an hour for a scheduled appointment. And the attitude is unnecessary. Never again! If you aren't friends with any tech here, don't go. I'm done.

They should really advertise that if you don't have an appointment and you're walk in then you're going to sit and wait for like 3 hours for someone to do your nails ridiculous and terrible.

I always love getting a Pedicure here. My girl Tye is the Best! They have come a long way and let me tell the Black Community definitely supports... All Love!

Been going there for almost over 20 yrs and it’s not what is use to be, she is always over booking people.

I paid for my wife to get her nails done and not only was I overcharged for a simple service, the nails were not aligned properly and they look horrible! On top of that, the nails didn’t last and it’s only been a week that i paid for this service. This 40 dollars went down the drain.

The lady (short curly hair) that did my feet was amazing only complaint I have is the white gel polish DONT stay white for very long. I got my feet and nails done Saturday and today Wednesday my nails are yellow. Going back for a color change today!

Worst service and their extremely RUDE. Waited over an hour and they seem to take their friends first. They also don’t wash their utensils. My first experience was worst then the second. I thought I would try it one more time giving them the benefit of the doubt, but no my money won’t live there. Refuse to waist time with unprofessional people.

This was my first time @Dazzling Nails. I was so happy to find a place that was open after 5pm. MAGGIE is AMAZING! I haven't had my feet done in months! Maggie hooked me all the way up. She also gave me some really good tips on taking care of me feet. Thank you so much Maggie! See you soon gal!

Drove 1.5 hours away to get lashes done on Thursday. Woke up less than 48 hours and half my lashes was off. Went back to the shop and they refused to service me and wanted me to wait 1.5 hours to fix my lashes! The owner Michelle was rude and unprofessional like always!
