One of the most bizarre experiences I have. This is my employer. However, when we show up to our own company as a husband and wife driving team, we are treated like complete strangers. It's mind boggling to me that my own company waste one of their most valuable assets time to the tune of 12 hours in some cases. There is obviously a disconnect within the company that defies common sense. Of course, they obviously do many things well. In our case however, they create an extraordinarily wasteful process that cost both them and us.
