They need a person to answer calls an questions in agricultural service that knows what they're doing. I called in an this lady answers. I had question on discbine but she didn't know a thing about it so she goes and asks the technician and after a few minutes of waiting she returns to the phone but still didn't have the answer I needed so again she lets me on the line while she asks for assistance. Thankfully she got the technician to come to the phone an my question was answered swiftly. Now if only a person that understands equipment would have answered instead that lady that didn't know the first thing about what I was talking about i could have cut my phone call in half.

I've had my tractor for 5 years now - bought it from Deer Country, and my favorite part of my experience with Deer Country Farm & Lawn is their service! Every year, I have my tractor and mower (not a John Deere by the way and bought it somewhere else) serviced by them. They pick up my tractor and my lawn mower give it an annual service, bring it back to the house, put them back in the shed, and it's stored for the winter and ready to go next spring. The guys are professional, nice, and so easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a tractor or even a walk behind mower, and needs someone else to provide the TLC service.

The Ag service team is outstanding- just completed a combine inspection with Cliff, and it would be impossible to find a more helpful and caring technician. In an age when nearly everyone has forgotten what "service" means, Daryl, Melissa and all the service technicians consistently impress me with their willingness to go the extra mile. A+

BIG THANKS TO THE DEERE COUNTRY ADAMSTOWN STAFF! On Saturday of Labor Day weekend, I had an emergent repair need to my Stihl FS-70RC Weed Whacker. I have used it for several years and was reallyy trying to save it for further use because it has been such a great piece of equipment for me. So earlier in the week, I came into the Adamstown store and spoke with John, who diligently explained to me what parts and service were required for the product. So he ordered teh parts for me. However when Labor Day weekend was upon me, the parts were not yet delivered by Labor Day Saturday. So John said to come in and he would see what he could do. Well, I have to say that John was terrific in that he was able to put together some of the parts and had my item working, but it still sounded sluggish. So now the time was after 12 noon (closing time) and he and Dale tweeked it further by making some adjustments to it. It got to the point that the entire staff stayed after closing time to enusre that my needs were met. By the time I left at 12: 45, my FS-70RC was purring like a kitten. So I want to offer my highest praise to John, Dale and the entire staff at Deere Adamstown. This store really went above and beyond for my needs!

I have bought a few JD tractors and Stihl products from Deer Country through the years and the products and service have always been outstanding.

I deal with these guys on a weekly basis, especially the parts department. I often deal with Frank, or Gary, who are always on their A-game, and get me hooked up with exactly what I need. Ron in service is always super helpful as well (he's a walking John Deere service manual) and he and his crew always do a top notch job working on anything that's more than I can handle. Overall a super place to do business.
