All these bad comments about Diane I never had a problem with her. She's always nice to me. I love the whole staff. I would never go anywhere else for oral surgery. Dr Defrancesco is the most gentle doctor.

I never took the appointment. If the receptionist is that obnoxious who knows what will come next.

The staff was amazing. Diane was so helpful and thoughtful about setting everything up and the DeFrancescos really made me at home. If anyone was worried about any sort of dental surgery, I'd 100% recommend scheduling an appointment here.: : : 3

I agree with the front end comments. I was given a time for my appointment and then day of I was called and asked where I was. I said my appointment wasn't for an hour and I was treated like I did something wrong even though she did. I told her about it when I rushed to get there being told I had to be there in 9 minutes or I couldn't be seen! I almost didn't go, but I had a broken tooth and it had to be extracted. I am so glad I went. The doctor was AMAZING. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I'm so glad I made the decision to go! I would recommend the doctor to anyone! Don't let the front desk scare you! It's worth getting past the not so nice, fairly incompetent front desk to get fantastic treatment!
