I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for collision repair if you'd like to get it back in a timely manner. We called to see when my wife's car would be done. The body shop manager said it would be done on a Thursday. Thursday came and he said their only painter had something come up and she didn't make it to work that day. I had plans to use the car for a weekend trip which we had to cancel. They told me they had two painters and one quit. They didn't plan on filling that position so when their only painter is off, nothing can be painted. Sounds like they need to get their staffing figured out before I would recommend anyone taking their car here.

I hit a deer a few weeks ago and needed a new truck fast. They had the truck I wanted and Kurtis made the process super easy. He even went to the body shop to get my plate off my old truck. I'll be getting my next Nissan from Delaney. And the new Frontier is tip top. I do miss having a manual in my old Pro-4X but all the new features and new engine/trans combo more than make up for it. Thanks Delaney team!

I worked with Mike, Levan, and AJ and they were each so professional and knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with all three and extremely impressed with how easy they made the process. A great experience. Amazing Staff of people!

Always pleasantly greeted at the service center and associates answer any questions promptly. I love the shuttle service they provide to assure I make it to work on time and conveniently return me to my car upon completion.

I had a recall on my current vehicle. I did research on the internet for the most reputable dealership in my area. Delaney Nissan is what appeared in the results. Although it was a two hour drive for me, when I got there, I couldn't have been more happy. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of there building, the friendliness of the staff & In a very short time my car was repaired. They also looked over everything on my car, then provided me with a check list, letting me know everything looked good. I am very pleased with my visit & will not hesitate to bring my car to them for anything that may go wrong with my vehicle in the future.

We had visited and/or called many local dealers looking for a small hybrid, which is, apparently, non-existent. We found friendly and helpful salespeople here who recognized our needs and helped us find and learn about a very nice substitute that we like.

This is my first time doing any business with Delaney Nissan. I have my mother’s car since she doesn’t need it, and I’m beginning to make a location change within the next year. The staff was friendly, and I was hosted well! David (I believe that’s his name), was excellent with his customer service! I was kept in the loop with the car’s service, as well as notified with what was found and fixed due to a prior visit my car had with a dealership in NY, and a prospective service that I’ll need in regards of the brake fluid. Overall, it’s been a great experience coming to Delaney dealership! I appreciate the efficient service and phenomenal customer service, and I look forward to continuing business with Delaney Nissan! Make sure to ask specific details about the quote they give you, they tried to up charge me an extra $200. I called them correcting them and it was resolved super fast and they couldn’t even tell me where the extra $200 came from, and i’m sure if i didn’t mention where the $200 came from they would’ve proudly taken my money.

Not to mention, they fixed my car for cv shaft, lower control arm, and ball joint.two days after getting my car back from them, my car had the same issue from the first time WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I take it back to them and they tell me “the axle clip came loose and apart”. I asked them how can they miss something like that of they were working on it just 2 days ago.they said “it’s hard to tell”. So much for certified mechanics

My car was recalled and they were very prompt in getting me an appointment. They were very friendly and helpful. If I were to buy a new car, I would certainly go to them.

Kurtis Shaw went above and beyond! His customer service skills are top notch! Living an hour away and leaving my wallet at home and needing gas, he went out of his way to make sure I had enough to get home. He made an embarrassing situation ten times better!

Everyone at Delaney Nissan made the buying experience so smooth. I’ve never been in and out so fast!

I would definitely recommend Delaney Nissan to everyone and I will be a returning customer! Ten + stars for everyone!

They will ask you to change several things for no reason. I took my car cause the trunk was not opening. They charged ~$140 for the diagnosis, said I need to change the assembly and gave me an estimate of ~$900 for the same. The next day I took it to pep boys and they said there is are no issues, it got jammed for some reason. It is working fine now. I didn't have to pay anything.
Just to repeat, this has happened to me for the second time there. I strongly recommend taking your car to a local dealer.

Joe from Delaney Nissan of State College is such a fantastic dude. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Worked with me every step of the way to address several issues with my recent Carvana purchase of a 2015 Nissan Altima and it's been running like a dream ever since. I'll be returning in the near future for additional fixes that Joe is already working hard to ensure are also addressed and I'll continue using Delaney Nissan of State College for future repairs/modifications to my vehicle.
