If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of customer service is astounding and when questioned about it, they stood by their actions/ways with patients and could not care less! I was given incorrect information and waited 100 minutes for a call back to be told to go to urgent care. I’d love to be able to speak on the Drs behalf but I have never been able to see one. I was only able to see the NP who seemed less than competent to help.
