2 I have a working transponder I have received over 26 letters for not paying my toll. But the level of threats from them is unbelievable. What they would have charged a three-dollar crossing toll is jacked up to $33 because of administration. The letter is worded extremely threatening. I can only imagine senior citizens getting this letter and panicking. This letter is set up for you to pay them and that's it.
In the back of the page it says you can declare non-responsibility by adding your tag Read.where you're supposed to post that your transponder was tagged during that offense. But if they did not tag you there's no proof.that's why I stopped using the fast.
Once I send them the reply which is very difficult to argue against them. They've come back with me where I don't owe him anything but then in the wording of the letter make sure I pay the amount of $0
DRJTBC is in charge of the few miles of I-78 on the NJ side in both directions, so next time you have a tire blowout due to one of the craters on the road, it is them you have to thank! What a horrible, incompetent and disorganized agency that should not even exist to begin with! If I could, I'd give it 0 stars.
