Great staff from front desk to the doctors. The staff here is much better then any of the offices I've been to in the past. I love the fact that you can laugh about stuff while there.they all make it a great atmosphere. Thank you to the entire staff

Dr. Cook and staff are wonderful, kind and understanding. So glad I chose to come here for my medical care. Well deserving of Five Stars!

I have been going to DVMW since I moved from Philadelphia to Bristol Borough, which has been about 12 years. I have "NEVER; had a problem with the Staff or any of the Doctors there. They have always been helpful as can be. I have seen some of the other ratings and don't understand them. Most offices have been running slowly because of covid.this is the new now.

Absolute joke of a doctors office refusing to see patients I’m just done with them they used to be so good they were the last three or three years or so they have just gone downhill tremendously are incredibly rude

New patient and I am amazed by the hold times when you call the office. Today after 10 minutes I hung up. Also seems disorganized on test results and who ordered the test and when they call to talk to you, someone who has no clue about your procedure and cannot answer questions leaves an uncomfortable feeling with me. My old doc would call you personally to answer questions if needed.

It’s a shame they allow the receptionist to treat people the way they do. I was scheduling as a new patient and the snippiness was enough for me to say no way! I’m not even a patient and it was rudeness right off the bat. Terrible.

Save your time and energy and look for another Dr. This place is rude and disrespectful to their patients. They are not concerned about the patients well being at all. Notes are NOT sent back to Dr, phone calls are NOT returned until days even was later. They’d rather have me waste money that I don’t have and pump unneeded drugs into my body that don’t wrk instead of prescribing what does wrk.
You’ll be waiting in the office for at least 45 min once you called back. Front office staff is rude as well and not at all understanding. I’d have given 0 stars but that wasn’t an option that’s how horrible this place is

I wouldn’t go to this place if you are in recovery. They made me feel incredibly stigmatized and would not offer any real support. While in a mental health crisis (and being an already existing patient) Dr. Smith and the rest of the medical staff refused to provide assistance because I had willingly disclosed that I had been to a treatment center in 2015. The staff needs some major education in substance use disorder and how to assist those suffering from it with co-occurring disorders. An insulting experience is all I got from this place. Zero stars if I could.

This office needs a serious upgrade. Not only are a few of the staff members rude, the office is dingy/dirty looking. It appears to be a garage sale looking office. Dr Lauren Cook more then once disregards the things you talk with her about. Dr Smith is a stuttering mess on the phone appointment and makes you feel like your not taking to a medically trained staff member. The wait time for appointments tends to be much longer than other offices. And finally the appointment scheduling—oh my word. They are more interested in calling in meds based on a voice message left with a nurse/secretary than actually creating a phone or in person appointment. Absolutely do not recommend this office. Your safer and wiser to go elsewhere. If I could rate this in negative stars instead of one, I would.

Gina is the best! Put my mind at ease regarding why I was there for my visit. Very professional and even referred me to an awesome doctors that handles things this location isn't equipped for. Thank YOU GINA!
