5Just moved back to area. Great gym for people wanting to just do the work. Everyone is friendly and it's a cool old school feel.
In the process of switching gyms. Found this place. It's a wonderful place, plenty of equipment.
Edit: definitely some more changes at this gym but maybe for the better. There's a recovery room that has a sauna, cold compression therapy and a doctor that does osteopathic medicine in there too. It's extra so I haven't checked it out yet.
This is a wonderful gym in Delaware County. The environment is welcoming and family oriented and the staff are all encouraging and supportive!
Also the Recoverology studio is a huge value to those who are avid gym goers and don't want to pay Lifetime gym prices for premium recovery services
This is one of the best gyms in Delco. They have everything. Group fitness classes, strength training, boxing, athletic training, air tricks and even a recovery room. If you’re looking for an all encompassing gym, this is your spot.
Convenient, Friendly folks, clean place, plenty of parking. Boxing available.
