Let me please start by saying the people working in DelFera's Office are wonderful. They immediately put me in touch with Bob Malinowski, the Project Mgr who came out to my house, filled me in on ALL details, laid the groundwork and informed me of all aspects of this job. Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand. Bob was professional, friendly, and adhered to all Corona-19 Health and Safety Rules. With Bob Malinowski's guidance, I NOW HAVE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIIONING FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME, in my home that was built in 1942, which is something that I thought I would never see. The workers (Rodger and Drew) knew exactly what was needed to be done and continuously worked through the day ALSO adhering to all Corona-19 Health and Safety Rules.

Delfera did an awesome job replacing compression tanks and release valves on my water heater. I’ve used them many times including the installation of my central air. They are a great company with polite and professional staff and owner. They’re the company to call.

One of the things that impressed me the most was how responsive Delfera was from start to finish. They scheduled a walk through of my home and submitted an estimate on the same day. Once I made my decision to give Delfera my business, they scheduled my installation for the same week.

Another nice touch was the correspondence — I received text notifications of the rep and install team's arrival, which included photos as well as location notifications as they were approaching my residence. It is this type of attention to detail and customer care that goes a long way with me. I look forward to recommending Delfera to family and friends.

This is a very good company. They had a promotional discount for "Heating Services"last month. Unfortunately my wife and I couldn't book an appointment, because they were full. Thankfully when I called them the other day, to make an appointment. I told them what had happened, and they still honoured the discount. That was awesome! Just great customer service.

Ray Delfera and his crew just installed a 12,000 BTU remote-controlled wall-mount Fujitsu Heat/AC unit in our greatroom and separate whole-house 2 1/2 ton heat/AC unit. Each job took half-a-day. His team, led by Rick, were punctual, methodic, detailed-oriented, respectful of our home and premises, swept and removed all debris and retro before they departed. Both systems are easy to operate, were -right-priced and work well!

My Techs were totally professional, clean, polite and explained the job they were doing in laymans terms. They have my total confidence in any future work they will do at my home.

Highly recommended! Bob met with us to figure out what we needed to do with our A/C unit and came up with an affordable and easy solution. Installers were there exactly when they said they would be and did a fantastic job replacing our unit and some duct work and left the place clean when they were done.
