8Put on your walkin' shoes. Check in at gate. Check in at office. Check in at office AGAIN with a check. Check in at the office AGAIN to get paperwork. They'll give ya a door, the door is occupied, check in AGAIN to get another door. Poor system. Do better.
Great people, easy backing with plenty of room. My last unload was done in under two hours. That's the fastest Food Lion unload experience to date!
Nice folks. Be wary of what your broker tells you. I was told my sunday appointment was for 9: 30am. Arrived at 7: 30am. Took six hours +/-, to get unloaded & bills back. When I asked why was told that my appointment was 7 am, and they bumped me to the end of the line. They open at 6 am in perishables. The delivery gate is off of Armada.
They allow you to check in early. Overnight parking available. I had a floor load and took them 2h 30 to unloading.

Dry receiving doesnt start till 1600 hrs, door is locked until then. O/N parking by water tower.
Guard was friendly, however i dont understand why when i handed my students learners permit he informs me that the student isnt aloud out of truck. Thats kinda stupid.
Never accepting load here again. Going on 6hrs and it’s hot AF. The guard shack must have mistaken me for a past co-worker bcuz he was talking as if I should’ve knew things already. No sir.you’re here every day not me. But this 6hr unload gave me time to memorize the guidelines and realize.never to come back
Food lion stores, parking by the water tower, ID for driver and companion, lumper$$$, 4 hrs wait, OK slow and smooth. No complain.
