We came to this shop to fix trailer lights. Nothing special and complicated. They promised to make it at once. After 30 minutes of searching the trailer they said that they cannot do it now, only next day. They wanted to change all wires. We refused and they charged us $477! As for 3 hours! Asked for efs only and didn't give receipt.
When we arrived to another shop it has turned out that the problem was in truck socket.
Awful service and unfair people!

Be careful guys.they changed for 2 tires just 2 miles from shop. My truck location at when we enter in turnpike at tolls both. 1-2 mile. But they charge $2700. Like really they know it I’m out of state and stuck. They said $1300for tires and rest money for service and labor. So $1400 for road service. It’s call unprofessional. Be careful my driver brothers.

Would just like to say thank you to Del and Taylor, my truck broke down on 76 east today and these guys were there in a flash to pick me up and to get my truck and load back to there place were we could deal with it both men were very timely and very good at what they do can't say enough about them once again thank yo you Del and Taylor for making my day a little more enjoyable!

So I was stranded on a Sunday evening on the eastbound Turnpike at a service plaza about 30 miles from Breezewood, PA. I was working with my emergency roadside service provider trying to get a tow to Breezewood. After being told I would be towed first thing Monday morning I spent the night in my car only to learn the next morning that no one was coming and it would probably be better if I made my own arrangements. I called a couple places in Breezewood with my third call to Del's who quickly explained he only works on big rigs now.then he proceeded to use his knowledge of the area and talk me through best options to get me the tow and repairs I needed. Thank you for taking time to help me on the phone Del, especially with all my extra questions. The turnpike can be a real nightmare if you break down. Your advice was sound!

This guys is very knowledgeable and good customer service. The only problem i had with them was towing charges are really high. I got charged over $1000 to tow box truck less than 30 miles.

The biggest rip off run do not do business with them the guy del is the biggest lier trys to act like he's trying to help out but is ripping you off for everything you have will even hold a load and truck hostage and yes that's not legal for them to do that and trys justify it as something else was my worst nightmare doing business with them I wish I would of check the reviews before doing business with them

I know is hard to review somebody without meeting him but let say i had a hunch and luck. There is God preventing me meeting this guy. From all of the true bad reviews i will say that i get out of really bad situation with this guy. Never met him (just phone call) and happy about it. Shame if all of the reviews are true. Sorry to cancel tolla road service but happy that i avoided meeting this guy. Reviews don’t lie. Unfortunately if you broken down the road you have no other option but be screwed without vaseleen from his service.

When i called they said they have many tires. When i left they said they have oy 2 on bad shape

Had the pleasure of meeting Del due to a stuck vehicle during a snow storm. Farm tractor failed to pull out the vehicle. Upon meeting Del I was impressed with his willingness to formulate a plan and act quickly on a successful recovery. Del was very personal and respectful. A couple years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Del. He towed and repaired my truck. He was knowledgeable and professional and i was very pleaswd with my service. Just last week I had an issue up in Emlenton. I called him right away amd got the truck to him. He took good care of me. I wont hesitate to drive across the state to get there anytime I have a problem. He has become my NE go to for anything my truck needs. Great guy and I recommend

If there would be a zero star i would do that these people are horrible for a steering arm yo be fixed that cost 112 dollar at kenworth dealer and towing truck from 2 miles they charge me 3098.00 dollars i will recommend all the truckers not to come here and go to TA Truck stop these people are horrible bad service very bad service never seen service like this

Del the owner of the shop and his mechanic are top notch in what they do and very helpful in nature. If I had to listen to the bad reviews here, I could have a spend a couple of thousands of $$$. We have a regen issues and TA shop referred us to tow the truck to dealership which is about 60miles away. Considering the cost of the towing plus the dealership rates and their nature to hold the truck for days to weeks. I am so glad, I took my chance to call diesel mechanic nearby and happened to be this shop the first one I called. Del has been very helpful even to answer my call beyond his working hours. Bottomline, they were able to regen the truck that TA mechanics CAN’T and put as back in the road in no time. Plus the rate is very reasonable that I believe this place has a lot of hearts for small truckers like us.

Gave dels towing a call at 2: 00 am while broke down on highway he showed up in no time and I was back on the road great company would recommend to anyone… THANKS AGAIN!

Good Buddy of mine recently had to be towed 9.7 miles. The truck did have to sit until it could be loaded on a lowboy to get back home at his shop with no fence or gate. $2100 being the ending bill at a going rate of $216 a loaded mile seems extreme and purely taking advantage of a small sole proprietor. We won’t be back.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE, THE WONDERFUL OWNER CHARGED US OVER $9000 FOR A TURBO REPAIR, CHARGED FOR AN INTERCOOLER CORE WHICH I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF, CHARGED US THE PRICE OF AN AFTERMARKET TURBO BUT DO YOU THINK HE PUT AN AFTERMARKER ONE ON, DID NOT REPLACE THE EXHAUST PIPES EVEN THE HE CLAIMED THEY WERE FULL OF OIL, ONLY FOUND OUT BECAUSE THE DRIVER SMELLED AN EXHAUST LEAK AND WHEN WE FINALLY LOOKED AT IT, IT WAS THE SAME OLD DIRTY PIPES THAT NOW HAD A HOLE THROUGH IT, DID NOT PUT ON NEW CLAMPS, THEN A FEW MONTHS LATER HIS WONDERFUL TURBO BLEW ON US, WHEN TALKING TO HIM HE TOLD US THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO BRING IN TURBO FOR HIM AND STATED HE NEED IDENTFICATION NUMBERS FROM OUR TRUCK WHICH HE SHOULD HAVE HAD WHEN HE "FIXED" IT, ALSO TRIED TO MAKE UP SOME BS ABOUT THE WARRANTY NOT BE ABLE TO COVER A REPLACEMENT TURBO

Del and his crew were top notch. I broke down about 10 miles outside breezewood on the turnpike. He came out promptly and towed me to his shop. Freightliner parts were delayed but that’s out of his hands. As soon as the were in they had my truck up and running. This was the second time I had issues with my truck in as many days. The quality of his work was far superior than the previous shop at half the price. Couldn’t be happier with everything.

I may be redundant but he's my experience with this business.
An early Saturday morning, my water pump has failed. I called 2 dealerships, 4 truck stop road service and 4 other Towing Garages and they all said NO/Monday at the earliest. I called Del's and he was equally swamped but clearly he has a servant's heart. He found a way. He was diligent, resourceful and had a can do attitude. He not only pulled it off as he got me back rolling 36 -48 hrs beyond my other options, he did so reasonably price. Heres a prime example, he had his young mechanic Taylor give me the excess 3 gals of coolant according to what he charged.
Bottom line, this professional is exactly who you want to support. I hope I never need his services again but if I do, he's the first and likely only person I'm calling.
