Two stars I'm sorry so I have chronic asthma dr brown had me on copd meds it was making my asthma worse. My asthma doctor at geisinger told me breo isn't for asthma and I never should have been on it in the first place. My asthma got worse since dr brown geisinger is fixing my asthma now.

If I could give this place a zero I would, this place stinks, don't return phone calls and the doctors take forever to see you. The problem is they give you no choice due to the point of it being the only Urologist in Scranton.

Service was friendly and very quick. Waited 3 minutes for CAT scan. Dr. James Brown was right, it’s a good place.

Do not make an appointment. They are rude and you will wait at least two hours after your scheduled appointment times. Last appointment waited two and a half hours past my appointment this time was longer then an hour and when asked how much longer was told five people were still in front of me. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company.

The wait time of three hours is too much. Doctor was super nice but no one wants to wait 3 hours to be seen.

I had a 1pm ENT appointment yesterday with Dr. Brutico, and at 2pm, I still wasn't called. I asked a very kind woman at the desk what's going on and I was told I was next. Twenty minutes later, I still wasn't called in and told her I was leaving. Seems this happens alot. It was my first appointment as well. How utterly disrespectful. If I kept my customers waiting that long, I'd be out of business. I drove 50 minutes for this appointment, sat for 80 minutes and drove 50 minutes home. What a waste. Disgraceful.

I have been a patient of Delta Medix for the past 29 years and my family along with myself couldn't be more happy with the physicians, surgeons and staff. I was a 33 year old mother of 3 small children when Dr. Hugo Mori discovered that I had kidney cancer. Through his expertise and kindness he saved my life. After Dr. Mori retired, Dr. Donald Preate, Jr.carried on making sure I was around to see my children grow up and through his compassionate nature and vast degree of knowledge, I am currently 62 yrs.old and watching my grandchildren grow up. I have nothing but great things to say about Delta Medix. I would like to thank Dr. Mori and Dr. Preate from the bottom of my heart for taking such tremendous care of me and knowing that I'm here today to write this review after 29 yrs should be enough for all to know that Delta Medix is a topnotch medical facility and we should all realize that we are very fortunate to have it in our area!

Phone system SUCKS! Can't get test results, no options, must go through one line and wait to be redirected.

My family doctor has referred them multiple times for two different things and they do not call my back to schedule any appointments. It took almost 3 months for them to call me and schedule an appointment then they said they would call back to schedule testing and i had to call multiple times over a month period to get the test then they never called me with the results.

My family goes here nearly every week for immunotherapy shots. The staff is wonderful and we really appreciate them. Only reason I am giving 3 stars is because when you actually have an appointment, the wait time far exceeds your expectations. You will be waiting a long long time to be seen so don't make many plans that day. You will be here for at least 2 hours and spend only 10 minutes of that seeing the doctor (depending on your situation). Since we are established patients that get allergy shots, we can use the check-in kiosk and walk in during shot hours but I dread follow up appointments with the doctor because of the agonizing wait.

Dr. Ciaglia has been my pcp for 15 yrs, she just moved to this office and i couldn't be more pleased. Free parking, fast appt time n not much waiting.

I LOVE Dr. Fratelli and the Nurses are so nice. But when you sit over 2.5 hours to be seen it's a big problem. Plus when you have a 2 and 4 year old with you its not pretty! Stop taking new patients if you can't accomdate. There's two Doctors to manage I cant even know how many cases. The worst experience ever going EVER!

When you go to your appointment expect to pay a double Co-pay and wait for ever And then a couple weeks go by and you will receive another bill in the mail Saying your insurance doesn't cover A procedure they have done I do not recommend going to this place.

Waiting with my girlfriend her appointment was 10, told her to arrive early. Still here waiting to be seen. Many people after her get called back. This is uncalled for, there is no parking, you need to pay for meeters. This is the worst service I've ever seen. What happen to doctors caring for patients and there health. Good thing no one is extremely sick or Ill. They need either better services or doctors.

Went a few minutes early for a 10: 40 appointment, was told Dr.was an hour behind with appointments. Fine. 11: 50 I'm finally called back, but not seen by anyone until 12: 35. If you're following so far that's waiting over an hour just to wait another hour. Dr.comes in without reading my chart or reviewing my scans, then leaves to take a personal call which he claimed to be his boss. 15 minutes later, he says "there's nothing here to worry about, come back to see me if it returns" Worst visit to a medical professional in my life and they're going to hear about it. I should have asked for my copay back. Avoid this place like the plague.

Went for ear problem app at 330 now 405 still waiting people came in after me being seen 1st. Service sucks people have lives waiting like this is not right

Great staff Dr brown is really caring for all his patients right now I've been having asthma trouble and he's helping me so I can breath better. Thankyou Dr Daniel brown
