Denim Coffee, Carlisle PA

The hours change every day with handwritten signs. Show up two hours before closing to find that it is already closed. Apparently the owners have money to keep opening new locations but not to pay staff adequately to keep the existing locations running. It’s great if you show up when they’ve decided to be open.

All I wanted was good coffee and breakfast. I was told that they weren’t serving breakfast because they were understaffed though there was three people behind the counter. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Three people making coffee and at the front register. But wasn’t surviving food because they were short staffed. They seemed shocked and upset when we said never mind that we where gonna go somewhere else.

Love the place. Good coffee but cannot count on food being available at normal times on weekdays or weekends.

I personally have gone to Denim every single day of the week even on days off. For months the entire vibe and atmosphere was incredible. The staff could not have done or been better in any way. Anymore though the staff very much appear to be discouraged or unhappy to be there. More often then not how I am treated is poorly. No one there overly engages in conversation with anyone. Sad sight seeing how the service and food are still on point.

Not super decorated or homey inside, but the coffee is pretty good! They were busy when I stepped in, but I was still out within 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and prices were fair. This is about a 10 minute walk from my house and it's definitely worth that trip.

I loved the space! The breakfast sandwich is just right! And I also enjoyed my iced latte! The staff was friendly and service was awesome.

A great little coffee shop in the heart of Carlisle. The service was great, the atmosphere is typical coffee shop. I personally had an Iced Mocha and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. Will be back to try other drinks and baked goods.

Met a friend here and spent a couple hours enjoying good coffee and lunch! Love all the windows! Thanks Denim Coffee team!

Always good coffee and pleasant staff at Denim. We make it a point to drop in every time we're in Carlisle.

Nice.but price gouging. Just raised prices, and playing the game where a "large" latte has the same number of shots (2) but costs $5 instead of $4 for a "small. " Same with other coffee drinks. I don't appreciate paying a dollar for more water a thimble of additional steamed milk. Nice staff and location, and good coffee, but the owner should be more reasonable and stop ripping people off; but it's the only game in town, in many ways, so must feel they can get away with it.

The staff is great. I really enjoy the consistency with their latte and sandwich menu.i get a rich frothed latte with whole milk. I also use their espresso beans at home. If I am near downtown Carlisle, this is my go to place for a latte, espresso, or cappuccino.
At most convenience stores and such in the area - you get hot milk, maybe 2%, no froth, and something sort of like espresso. So Denim Coffee is my preferred choice.

Coffee was good and strong, tea was delicious and sandwiches were perfect! Bacon was very good. Seating area leaves a lot to be desired, but the couch was quite comfortable.
