Denny's, Hazleton PA

Gotta love the customer service.walked out after 15 minutes when 3 tables seated AFTER US already had drinks and orders taken and we were apparently invisible. Perkins will be it it now!

Very bad service, the waiting time for the food is like 1.30 minutes, nothing in the tables no sugar, the coffe very cold, orange juice is water only, I never come back

The food was great as usual. The service was very friendly, despite still being understaffed due to Covid

The server was really nice and we were able yo get in and out of there really fast which was very appreciated because we were about to be late for a movie.

I got the carmel salted banana cream pancakes. Wow. They are amazing. Service was great. Will be back.

A little slow in seating you, there was 3 people on duty, and only 2 tables that had customers.
Food was decent. Bathrooms could have used some attention, but overall, not bad.

I had the server Domingo. He was so pleasant. They were so short staffed, I felt so bad but he kept a smile on his face the whole time. The manager was very friendly as well.

Good food, great staff, good prices. Haven't been here in a while burger was a bit dry but was pretty big. Waiter was very nice and wait time wasn't long about 20-25 minutes for our party of 6 to get all our food. Drinks were really good. Prices weren't too high or too low what you'd usually expect from a place like this. Everyone else I was with seemed to really enjoy their food though, just my burger was a bit dry. I do recommend this place though.

Avoided this place since it opened, probably should have kept it that way.
***Update** I forgot how bad this place was. Over a year since the review, it has gotten worse

Food was good.waitress was the busiest one in there she deserves a raise.i saw a few other workers just chatting away.but my waitress was very attentive

Had a great experience especially with the service we got from the lady at the front door she took care our order and had a great attitude while still managing sitting people to dine in as long as we keep getting service from someone like her we will keep attending.

My family and I enjoyed our breakfast served by Cameron, who did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service. We were there on a sat night at 7: 00 pm we waited 20 min and no one is seating us mean while the waitress was not doing anything she never say hi, or please wait i will be right with you. NOTHING. She see us and stay far away and just look.i was so mad i walk out of the restaurant. That was 11/9/2021 around 7 pm i hope the manger of the store see this review and look at the cameras, they really need better customer service.

Food was horrible everything was salty and potatoes where raw then we found a hair in food do not recommend

Quick, courteous service. Promptly seated and served drinks (COFFEE). Food order taken timely and came out perfect.

Ordered the fit slam today and specifically asked for a gluten free English muffin since I cannot eat gluten. The lady who took my order assured me that it would be gluten free because “that’s how it comes”. Drove back home after picking up my food, took a bite of the English Muffin and realized it was not gluten free. They’re lucking I didn’t get sick from their carelessness. I will not be getting food from here again. It’s a shame because they’re one of the only chain restaurants in the area that serve gluten free bread. If you have a gluten allergy/sensitivity don’t waste your time coming here. They’re not careful!

Consistently good food, friendly staff, clean environment. Need more staff, like everywhere now
