Same experience as others. Received a call stating I had an appointment that needed to be rescheduled for my 6 month check up. It has been almost 8 months since my previous appointment but July was the first available. Today I am told it needs to be rescheduled and first available is March 24,2024! Really! Almost 1 1/2 years! Seems all they care about is the money not the patient! Can’t just back up appointments but still are looking for new patients. Since new management took over it has been going downhill.

This place really went downhill. I had been going there since I was a kid, my kids have been going there since they have been old enough. Today they called to cancel an appointment my son has for tomorrow to get his teeth sealed. We were told he needed to have this done months ago. We were told the dentist didn't want to do it now and that the next available time for someone to do was April 2024! This isn't the first time we've had to wait months to get in and the appointments get cancelled. Be aware. This isn't the same Dental Care that used to be the best around. Not even close!

I was told I needed x-rays. However, I had these same x-rays at another dentist 3 months ago. I found out later that they should have already had the x-rays from the other dentist sent to them. If I hadn't said anything, I would have had to pay for a duplicate set of x-rays and be exposed to more radiation.

Just like Michael's experience, I arrived for my appointment to be told that my hygienist (who was fantastic) no longer worked there and they could reschedule me for March. In their defense, they had called me last evening, but since I had just returned from vacation, I incorrectly assumed it was a reminder call for my 10: 40am appointment. I have been going to this dentist for almost 20 years but will be looking for a new dentist.

This place will cancel your appointment at the last minute, then tell you the earliest appointment is 6 months out. They will never answer the phone too. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I’ve made plans with my schedule to be sure I can make my dental appointment and with less than 24 hours notice I get a phone canceling my appointment and rescheduling me for next February! That means no appointment at all for me for this year! This has also happened to other family members of mine as well. Not sure I can call you my dentist when you can’t keep appointments or reschedule in a reasonable amount of time.

New owner's are a Dental chain. Since new owners, practically every employee has left. That should tell you all you need to know.

Had a cleaning scheduled for November 2022. I called to reschedule due to having a fever. Well my mistake.they couldn't see me again until June 2023! 3 days before my appointment in June I receive a call saying "unfortunately, we have to reschedule your cleaning". I called and left THREE messages, none of which were returned. I finally got ahold of the receptionist on my fifth call. She said my new appointment date would be JANUARY 2024. They cannot adequately provide care for patients. They have zero regard for preventative care.

Outstanding experience. Received great information from Kim about a plan that could save me money. She does a great job and I have always been thoroughly satisfied with my visit.

I love my dental hygienist. I didn’t like I had my appointment for over six months and all of a sudden the day before. You need to be here at 4: 10. That might work in some people’s worlds but if you change times in your work schedules the you need to look at your future patients. I don’t mind change I mind short notice when things can’t be changed and undone.

I've been a patient here over 27 years. Never had a problem until this new staff. Terrible! Took off work to for an appointment only to get there and be told they messed up.the dentist isn't there that day to do my crowns. This is after a PHONE CALL reminder of my appointment the day before. SOOOO. I rescheduled. Showed up the SECOND time to get started on my crowns I need. Got all the way back to sitting in the chair and being draped. The dentist comes in and ASKS ME WHAT I'M THERE FOR! I told them for crowns. SECOND time. She tells me the front desk never got the pre-approval from my insurance and they can't do them today. AGAIN! Waste of MY time! Needless to say, I demanded my chart and will not go back. Such a shame after a 27 year relationship. Get your act together.because right now.it's AWFUL!

Please be very careful with this practice. They no longer take Capital Blue Cross insurance and their corporate office feels no need to inform patients! Their office staff also doesn't feel the need to be up front with this information. At no point during scheduling was this change mentioned, and they waited until my daughter's cleaning had started to inform us that they no longer accepted our insurance. I am receiving giant, unexpected bills for our family's care! As much as we like the office, there's no reason to stay if they won't accept our insurance and don't treat families the way they would want to be treated. Spread the word to anyone who uses this practice, so they can find a new dentist before their next appointment comes due, or they need a major procedure!

THIS PLACE IS A ABSOLUTE MESS. SARA at the desk is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I have called 7 times to get myself and family records sent to our new dentist. Mind you being a patient with Dental Care 20+ yrs. Yet still have not been done.they are the laziest non working bunch ever. Boy do we all miss LORI/JAMIE/KIM and Dr. VIA. The new team needs fired and replaced by people who care about the patients. If I could do a zero star I would. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR DENTIST.

Saw hygienist for cleaning. Then dentist for checkup. In and out in half an hour. Very friendly staff and professionals.

I am grateful to all the staff who’ve helped me when I’ve needed it most (getting in ASAP during an urgent situation, cleanings, etc.). Good people doing excellent work.
