Dental Dreams - Allentown, Whitehall PA

My appointment was at 11: 30 and they last more than an hour almost 2 hours to call me. They make you wait outside or in your car because of cobi19 but they take a long time to call you to enter, and some people who do not have a car have to wait outside;only some can wait inside. I feel that they should organize better because if you do an apointment at 11: 30 it is obvious that you do not want to be waiting for a dentis and wasting time. I ended up leaving I give them a 0.

Me and my family been going to dental dreams since 2010. I don’t know why we put up with all the errors, nonsense, and rude staff. My last few experience is what made me switch over to smile crafters. Currently you have to wait countless mins to hours after your appointment time. The last time prior to this I whiteness a employee pick up a call from there doctor. That call was to tell her that her and her kids are covid positive. From my knowledge your supposed to quarantine pending covid results. I have to deal with countless staff being rude due to there errors with mix’s ups. I can tell you with smile crafters all though you have to wait some time to get an appointment they get the job done in a timely manner and I haven’t ever experienced anything other then great service. I wouldn’t recommend. I will also be writing to corporate, and the health department. I don’t know how this facility is still standing.

My guy couldn't get me in for a month. Dental dreams got me in the next day. Fantastic

Dental service is amazing! The front desk customer service is terrible. I’ve been calling to get information about a referral and left multiple messages! No one called me back after 3 days of me calling again to be on hold for almost 2 hours for them to hang up and send me to voicemail! Today I’ve been calling all day someone answered and just hung up right away and that was it I’ve been getting the voicemail and can’t even leave yet another message because the mail box is full! THEY NEED BETTER RECEPTIONIST.

Absolutely amazing dentist. Not only did I feel very comfortable in her care but she was direct and gave me answers right away. Highly recommend! I found my new dentist

This is the best Dental office in the Lehigh valley! The courteous staff who work their hardest to get you seen as quickly as possible! The great dentists who genuinely care and make you feel comfortable! Love this place!

All the staff treated me well and helped me when I needed it. Dr Garg was very gentle and answered all my questions thoroughly. I will be going back soon.

Waited 45 minutes just to get told they couldn’t see me because I couldn’t open my jaw wide enough because of “Tremis” basically lock jaw after you get wisdom teeth out, I told them that when I made the appointment but no let’s make me go to an appt just to tell me they can’t see me. I’m switching dentists.

I found getting appointment incredibly quick. Beautiful office. Beautiful girls at desk. Had several extractions. Were really easy went smoothly. Appreciate everything. Thank you.dental dreams. Oh yes. In need of panoramic ex ray machine for these girls. Yup.

I absolutely love Dental Dreams. They are very in tune to all my needs as a patient and b.c always b.c are very welcoming to ne when I have my Appointments. I very much enjoy going bnb there.

After a seven month wait having to do with my insurance! I finally have another two week wait for my lowers to be fix! Although I didn’t have to wait long at all my appt was at one and I was out by one thirty! Awesome!

Like this place so much I drive almost 2 hours to take my children there. Also Wanda is the best she knows everything.

I brought my 6 year old son here for the first time today & will NEVER go back. As I was filling out paperwork, two of the front desk ladies got into a screaming match with each other & curse words were flying out of their mouths right in front of a waiting room full of patients. None of the other staff intervened, so I assume this is just a normal occurance at this establishment. Extremely unprofessional!

It had been a good amount of time since I had gone to the Dentist. I was a little worried but the office manager Denise Ferguson was so accommodating and trusting. She made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable! The office was very clean and the staff was so efficient. I was in and out in about 20 minutes max. Everyone was so professional and nice. This exceeded my expectations. I will only ever go to Dental Dreams for my Dental needs.

Called a whole week in advance for a appointment, get there and they can see me because they cant verify myninsurance on a Saturday! After they called me to verify all the insuance information a days before. Waste of time! Do not recommend to any one. Gave them a chance after hearing bad things for nothing. Girls at the front need more training!

The website gives no answer to any of my questions they never pick up the phone for simple questions, the location looks dirty they need better service.

Worst experience ever don’t go here for any toothaches! Dental dreams just wants you insurance. I been waiting almost a year for a return call on a root canal. This place is a joke went somewhere else. Are they friendly yes but very unprofessional.
