If I could give zero stars, I would. The office is so unprofessional, and the reception is horrible. If you call to make an appointment, you will never get through, and they won't even bother to call you back after leaving multiple voice mails. The wait time is extremely long because scheduling is done horribly. The ladies are so rude and have no customers service experience. If you need work done just go somewhere else. If your insurance doesn't cover other places then call them and ask for a pre-approval to got seen outside the coverage areas to assure you get quality service because oral care is very important and every one should have full access to it.

My wife is a dentist and we recently moved near by and she considered continuing her career at this location but after many attempts to speak to the hiring manager and the receptionist always telling my wife that she will get a call back when he/she is available she decided to accept a job offer some where else, this place lacks professionalism, many businesses claim its hard to find good help these days but they're usually the ones at fault.
I'm glad she went towards a different direction.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. While the staff themselves is nice, I found the office as a whole to have major issues with their keeping of scheduled appointments. I had scheduled appointments for all 3 of my kids on one day, in a row. Day before the appointments I get a call scheduling them over an hr apart each on the same day. Annoying but I figured I’ll make it work. Then on the day of the appointments they only saw one of the kids at the actual appointment time. We then waited OVER AN HOUR PAST MY other kid’s appointments only for them not to see us and reschedule them. That’s annoying too but ok. Then On the date of our re-rescheduled appointments we waited AGAIN an hr PAST our appointment time for them to tell us it will be another half hr. All while accepting walk ins? What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they can’t ever keep them? Literally every appointment I’ve scheduled here they didn’t keep. Maybe they should consider not taking walk ins if they can’t keep the appointments for the people who actually take the time to plan and schedule them. And I understand things happen. But this many times in a row? That’s unacceptable. Something needs to be different with scheduling because this is EXTREMELY unprofessional. There’s a disconnect somewhere and it needs fixed asap.

Today I found outat Dental Dreams that my insurance doesn't pay for a crown. So I talked to the dentist at Dental Dreams and I was referred to Antisan Dental for an extraction from a root canal. I am happy to say Artisan is putting in a Insurance claim for a free extraction and to be sedated. So I am great ful Dental Dreams set everything to help me. I had a great teeth cleaning a few weeks ago. Thank you

After reading several mixed reviews, and being concerned about the place I chose for my children's dental office I decided to write my own review.

I was able to schedule my 4 children online as new patients which was helpful and easy, instead of having to call the office. My twin 5 yr old daughters had their visit yesterday (my other 2 are scheduled for a future date). Yes, there is a wait time. Ours was only 40 mins. I also work in a healthcare office so I am patient and don't mind waiting for good service. My daughters loved the play area and spent their wait time in there. All the staff was kind and friendly. The dentist and his assistant did very well with my daughters. They take their time and explain what they are going to prior to doing it so that my daughters and I understood. They were gentle with them. My daughter's enjoyed their visit and the goodie bag they received at the end of their visit.

I recommend this office, as long as you don't mind the wait. Hope this helps other people who are undecided between the mixed reviews!

They take forever to answer phone calls mind you they don’t even reply to they’re voicemails. I can’t even make an appointment so what I did is showed up and they’re closed like it’s only 5: 30pm I thought they close at 6.

Do not go there. Wait times for appointments are terrible. Receptionists are bad at their jobs. I had to pay out of pocket for a scaling and the dentist or whomever did the job did it poorly, leaving a lot of tarter/plaque behind. The dentist, doesn't like putting numbing gel on your gums before giving needles. I don't know if they do this to everyone, or just me but this place has left me traumatized and now when I go to my new dentist (nice as can be) I instantly start shaking and panicking. Just go somewhere else. This place is definitely not worth it! @

The wait is forever and noone tells you professionally that the doctor is running behind. But my service and doctor I have I keep he is warm and passionate still about his patients and to me he's worth the wait.

Thanks My God! I have the best Dental HOPE in human Servces, Friendly Staff, and very close to me.
I love their flexibly schedule, and bilingual medical or Staff attentions. I observed a Spiritual connection with this excelent multicultural Staff. Thank You everyone! I will enjoing with my familial group of others County or Town The DENTAL Dreams in my town.

The actual service from the dentist is great, but the front desk leaves the phones on silent and they REDUSE to answer the phones. They claim that they are short staffed which I completely understand, but between the 3 employees, not one had answered the phone for the hour I sat in the waiting room on multiple occasions. Your unable to make appointment or reschedule because no one answers the phone.

Waited over 30 min for my cleaning after getting my ex rating sitting in exam chair. Very disappointed in this place. No one kept me informed I had to track employees down to find out what was going on. Plus they never gave me a new toothbrush

1st time coming to this dental office. Brought my 13 yr old daughter in. I seen complaints about the wait times. Yes your wait may be longer than expected but you have to understand they also take walk-in's. If you are a walk in patient, please know that there are patients that have previously scheduled appointments also waiting to go back. I would definitely wait for an hour just because of how kind everyone is. The women at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Our appointment was for 12: 30 we got called back around 1: 30 or so.everyone that was working back there were so nice. The dentist took her time to explain everything to me and took great care of my daughter. Will definitely be going back for her 6 mos check-up!

My first visit I was early too much paperwork to fill out, I understand they need an h&p but can that not be done at home on the computer or paper and bring with you to appointment. I also felt judge for the amount of meds I have to take by the tech. The dentist and the staff in the front where you check in were kind and helpful.

It was my first visit to a dentist in a long while.
Arrived early was greeted by friendly receptionists, I completed the required forms and waited my turn.
Even though my wait time was a little longer than I anticipated, once I was seen the service was great.
Polite, and professional staff made your visit and experience a comfortable and relaxing one, but most importantly, before performing any procedure they took their time to explain what they were about to do and answer any questions or concerns I might of had.
I have further procedures to be performed and I am confident that they will do everything they can do to ensure that I have a good experience and that my continued confidence in their ability never fades.

Every time I come here they take at least 2-3 to get you seen by the doctor. I waiting for two hrs in the waiting room and they kept letting people go ahead of my daughter. I had to complain and they still had me waiting another hour in the room. I ended up leaving. I’m going to report there work environment

The absolute worst dentist in Berks County. On top of them being slow as h*ll, the dentists suck, uneducated unprofessional and rough as hell. Definitely recommend any other dentist in the world except them

The dentist and nurse are good at their job and really nice! I felt safe and secure. But, I was in the lobby an hour after my appointment waiting, took 10 min X-ray pics and then waited 45 min for a 10 minute clean. What was supposed to be a 30 min appointment turned into 2 hours.

Every one at this office is polite and Listen to you. The Doctor is awesome and does not hesitates to answer questions. The Manager of the office is a very nice and kind lady. The wait was long but I guess is not different anywhere else. Good work!

They book to many patients for the same hour making the patients wait over 15 minutes for them to call you in. My last appointment they took me 20 minutes after my appointment time and waited for the doctor over an hour before being seen.
