Dental Dreams - Olney, Philadelphia PA

Amazing service. The front desk staff was quick to help me and super fast. The dental staff in the back are helpful and very polite. The denist I seen was knowledgeable and very gentle also gave me follow up help. I would definitely return for all of my dental needs here.

This office needs to be more organized and professional. I should’ve learn my lesson the first time going here. First visit waited 4 hours just for a simple cleaning. I Second visit scheduled for the earliest time at 9, waited 3 hours. By the time I got a room the Dr skipped me. I couldn’t wait any longer because I had to pick up my son from school. They basically wasted my time by over scheduling patients. The front office was so unprofessional talking across the room to each other where everyone can hear their business. The office manager lacked the need to pull a patient to another room or at least talked privately to address their insurance coverage. I will not be returning to this office nor recommend. I will say that the dental assistant (white guy) is always so pleasant and professional that’s there. At least he apologized for the inconvenience the office caused me and I’m sure others as well. I hope they do better training in the front.

It was HORRIBLE! We had a 2pm appointment and didn’t get finished until 6! The dentist rushed through the cleaning and instead of fixing the detected oral issues he gave me suggestions on how to fix it myself…. A mess!

It was fast, I didn't have to wait long, but the girls from the desk were misplaced, they didn't agree and the manager was not at her best that day, because I had a bad impression of her. The visit was ok. It seems to me that there are new staff because a few months ago, that place was different. The truth is that I didn't feel welcome. I'm worried about having to go back now to finish a procedure that already pays, but as soon as I finish, I don't think I'll go back to that place, and my three children also take care of each other there, and it's time for me to look for another dentist, because the truth is that.

Fue rápido, No tuve que esperar mucho, pero las chicas de from desk estaban desubicadas, No c ponían de acuerdo y la manager ese día No estaba en su mejor día, Porque tuve una mala impresión de ella. La visita fue ok. Me parece que hay nuevo personal Porque hace unos meses atrás, era diferente ese lugar. La verdad es q No me sentí bienvenida… me preocupa a debo de volver ya para terminar un procedimiento que ya pague, pero en cuanto termine, No creo que vuelva a ese lugar, y mira q mis tres hijos también se atienden ahí, y ya es hora de que me valla buscando otro dentista, Porque la verdad es que No me dieron respeto.

Love the service. The manger is doing a wonderful job. Although sum pple makes it difficult for her to do her job. I don’t handed a problem with her. She’s amazing. Also the tech Q he’s another One that helps out with everything. He’s awesome wit all the extra help he does. He makes all his patients feel so comfortable. He will do anything to see his patients happy. Keep up the gd work guys

My appointment was at 1: 00pm my child got seen at 4: 30, i can understand a 30 to a hour waiting but i was there all afternoon, so disappointed. Can u imagine waiting in a waiting room full of people for almost 2 hours with a toddler ‍️

Way to go Dental Dream Team! I loved my visit this morning. The service was fast, friendly & professional. The music was an added plus as well & the staff was cool and down to earth. It was a relaxing experience. By the way, this was an emergency visit and I was in and out. I highly recommend Dental Dreams️

HORRIBLE! My appointment was at 11: 30 and I got there at 11: 00 and wasn’t seen UNTIL 3: 15! It was only 1 dentist working. The staff told me “everybody keep calling out”! ‍️‍️ They just need new employees all together! However, the students/workers are very professional, polite, and helpful. One girl held my daughter so I could get my teeth cleaned because she was sleep. ️ That was dope and very kind! But what’s the point of making an “APPOINTMENT” a month ago only to not be seen on time or a little after my scheduled appointment time. I am currently looking for a new dental office because that one little little schedule teeth cleaning took up my whole day. And not to mention, they called me and had to reschedule me twice because the “dentist”called out and they didn’t have another dentist available! Wth! UNACCEPTABLE They are slow, they have alot of excuses, and kept telling me I have one person infront of me and they called people who came in after me! I didn’t even have to wait that long when I gave birth. I went down to labor and delivery and my daughter came out in 30 minutes and here I am waiting 4+ hours just to get my teeth clean!

The Staff was so Friendly from the front office to the back examination room. I was nervous but the staff put me at ease. I had some issues but the Dr was very kind and put all my fears at ease.

I had the worse experience ever! Not only did we have to wait 3 hours and 30 minutes to be seen it was freezing in the waiting room. They scheduled over 10 people with the same appointment time. Once my daughter was seen she had to get a referral because they dont have the tools to fill a cavity.so to wait that long just for an xray and teeth cleaning without getting treated for what you came for is unacceptable.the dental assistants at the front desk are very rude and argumentative. I will not be returning to this office.

The absolutely worse dentist office. At 8 months pregnant, I had to wait 4 hours before seen by the dentist. They do not care about their patients… it’s all about the money. The 2nd time I went there because of an emergency I waited 3 hours. I spoke with the coordinator about the wait time and she told me I can leave and that one patient doesn’t matter if I didn’t come back.

Please do not go to this office. They need to be shut down.

The office people was very nice but I was waiting for 3 hours just in the waiting room because it only one dentist. It like this evertime me and my daughter go there. Need to do better cause I'm definitely looking for an dentist office

My appointment was at 2pm and I waited 3 hours for them to then cancel my appointment because they were overbooked. Unprofessional do not recommend this place. The staff was nice but I wish they had a better system in place. Patients aren't too happy with this.

I hate Dental Dreams. I waited 3 real hours to be called back and then when I was put into a room, I waited another hour to be seen by the dentist after my x-rays were taken. I know they are saying they only have one dentist. But if my appointment was at 12: 30, why am I not being seen until 4pm?

The dentist and staff were excellent! I was seen quickly and the dentist worked out a plan with me that is excellent! I recommend this Dental Dreams at Front and Olney to everyone who needs a great Dental practice!

My appointment was at 12: 30. I was still sitting there at 2: 30 behind 4 people that needed to be seen. I took off work and took my kid out of school so we could make the appointment on time only to not be seen

Terrible service, you will spend more than 3 hours waiting to get a cleaning done. You can schedule your appointment at 8: 30 am but you will be seen at around 10: 00-11: 00 am. The receptionist (Spanish speaker) is rude!

This place had me wait 2 whole hours after my appointment time just to get called in the back and then to wait again! When I asked the front desk, she didn’t even know what to say! I was there from 9: 10am to 12: 45pm for a 9: 30am appointment, just for A 6 month check up/cleaning.
