Dont go here unless you want to wait a very long time to be seen. Go to Sea of Smiles. Much better place. No crazy wait time and pleasant staff. I got tired of waiting over and hour to be seen with 2 small children at dental dreams. I found this place online and they are great and understand that waiting long times for an appt you are on time for is unacceptable. They dont overbook and are following covid guidelines. They have multiple locations. Look it up. Its worth it.

Great staff, but had to wait WAY to long to be seen, like and hour and a half! And waited another half hour just for a cleaning!

The experience in the front isn’t too great. I brought my 5 yr old, I only waited about 20 min. In waiting room & filling out papers. It was very warm & for covid -19 going around & in my opinion it should have more fresh air (not heat on a sunny 40 degree day) the amount of people in the waiting room, I Know was over the safe amount. After a man complained of his wait & “ this can’t be safe with covid “ he said, I got called in like 5 min later. My opinion is that he shouldn’t of came in, he also brought a newborn & small child & only his wife was being seen. Other appointments u can’t bring anyone & for minors only one parent. There were too many families waiting & they weren’t all being seen. I only know because I over heard people. Now once we got in the back, great experience. Temp. Dropped like 20 degrees, nice cool air & Dentist was very friendly. Everything went quick. My child in the end enjoyed the experience. So I gave a 4 star only because aI think for Covid -19 there were too many people & I don’t blame any workers, I know working with the public isn’t easy.

They are have bad service, and one doctor see all patients.and the patient wait like two hours for nothing.a lot people patients inside the center and every know about corona, and after go inside the doctor to see you.they said the doctor its very busy only we can do for you make Schedule for different day or give you Description, They are looking just make money for nothing And everyone knows about the coronavirus,

I treated promptly and very nicely. Everyone at this location is professional and know how to treat their patients.

They couldn't pull my tooth because the anesthesia didn't work for me, so the referred my to a oral surgeon

I can’t really review much because I’ve been in the waiting room for an hour and forty minutes now. My appointment was at 12: 30. I arrived at 12: 25, it’s not 1: 35 and I still have a person ahead of me. 40 minutes ago they said “they’re about to call you back” FORTY MINUTES AGO! If I’m not called back in ten minutes, then I’m leaving. This is absolutely insane! It’s a scheduling issue too, because I seen about 7 other people scheduled for 12: 30. Horrible horrible place!

Omg I can’t get this pain go away because it’s hurt all day after I went to the doctor to check my tooth and it hurt all day

I really like it here just disappointed that I should have been at an appointment 2 weeks ago when my appliance was in. Someone failed to log it in and so I waited until I complained enough and it was found. Now I have another month of appointments when it should have been just 2 more weeks. But I am very pleased with it here and comfortable.

My experience here was horrible. I had an appointment and probably waited Atleast an hour to finally be seen. After all that waiting they probably spent 2 minutes cleaning my teeth and when I said something cause they were not cleaned at all they basically didn’t even care. If I could leave zero stars I would. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

I took my autistic cousin there who can be a little squeamish at the dentist and they treated him really really good. He made no fuss at all.

My appointment was for 10: 30,12: 00 i was still waiting for the doctor to come see me I got tired of waiting, No one came to the room to atleast apologized for the waiting I just left. Someone needs to work on scheduling.

Worst dentist i have ever been too! Never will i ever step foot in that place again. Whats the point in having a scheduled appointment if you still have to sit and wait for 3 hours? Staff is ignorant and dont know what they are doing! The front desk girls are rude! The owner of this place should really take some inventory about his workers and start from scratch.

Ask for the older doctor dentist she gets 10 Stars.the one I had last time, and I won't mention names was unprofessional.and didn't do a good job.

1st time very pleasant and friendly staff. Denist was very thorough and pleasant. I had a very good experience would reccomend this practice.

Arranging appointment hours long appointment 12 entry 2 doctors beginner where you have to go back for more than once the same age paid $ 850 to pull the nerve and after a month came out filling

My kids look forward to their dental appointment. They love getting their goodie bag at the end of their appointment. The Dentists are great with kids, and the staff is always curtious.

I look forward to the owner of this business contacting me personally to rectify the negligence of the "staff supervisor"

Office is modern. People work here all are professional and nice. Waiting times needs to be improved. Overall very satisfied. Thank you

They got to many students that don’t know what they doing not only that they mess my nerve up and I bin in Paine for two month ask to speak to a super and never got to speak to one cuz they always on break or in a meeting
