Wasn't pleased with service and food wasn't very good at all shrimp Alfredo was really runny almost like a soup first time at Jeanette restaurant ate in Monroeville twice and loved it just wasn't happy at all

We had my birthday dinner here and it was a perfect experience. Our waitress was in training, but it was not even noticeable as she did everything just right. Everyone's food was amazing as usual.

First time at this location and it was bad service was terrible had to ask for bread and refill on drinks. My husband ordered shrimp alfredo and it was soup could not believe it never seen anything like it. Bread was very cold, i could go on and on

I sincerely regret to report that the pizza that I ordered was the worst in my long life. It was so salty that I apologized to my guest and discarded three quarters of it.
I don't know what happened, they used to serve great pizza.

Not what it was before the pandemic. Four of us for lunch with reservations (not needed as there were only three other tables eating).
It took 10 min for the server to come to the table and she forgot she didn't give us any menus. My wife ordered the shrimp and scallops over linguini, which was over cooked. The other lady ordered the lobster bisc over ravioli. She said it was very very salty. After receiving the check, the server didn't come back for almost 15 mins to take it back to run the cc. Again only one other table had someone sitting there. Don't think it was worth almost $90.00 for lunch for 4. Don't think we will go back.

Was our favorite restaurant, but the rude bartender ended that this evening. Only 1 other customer and we were left sitting over 5 minutes while she turned her back to chat with another employee the entire time. Saved us the price of dinner and drinks and assured our patronage elsewhere.

I ordered Chicken Marsala with potato, salad and soup this evening 9/11 for delivery I paid $28 and some change. I do want to say the DoorDash delivery was great! Anyway I did not receive my soup first off, secondly you can tell this dish especially the meat was definitely a freezer dinners! Yes I ate it the veggies had no flavor and the potato was a reheated potatoe! The meat had the gel on it like it does in freezer dinner. I’m so disgusted I made Chicken Marsala the other night homemade and the difference is unbelievable, Denunzio no flavor, no color, the chicken was not fresh it was frozen! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! I won’t even go into their chicken Alfredo! I definitely will not order anymore and I will not recommend this place to anyone! If you can’t see the gel formed sauce I don’t know what to say! I’m sick and didn’t get my soup as well!

Everything was freshly made, the service was excellent, and the seafood was out of this world. Great place for the whole family, just plan on spending a lot of dough! P.s. Would 10/10 recommend the Seafood DeNunzio

I've had better frozen ravioli and they don't cost 20 dollars for 4. It was also luke warm. The garlic bread was burnt all to h#ll.
